So pushed something out on Yelp, Ray got back to us within 30 minutes on a Saturday night and was here at 2PM on Sunday. He charged a first hour rate and got everything done within 30 minutes!! He is amazing. He had to install some star head screws upstairs and he gave me his bit if I ever need to work on it!!! Also it gets better. We have a one car garage and we were trying to figure out to fit my motorcycle and my wife's car in there. She said she was interested in scheduling a project walkthru, and gave me her phone number. Since I'm hard of hearing, I asked if we could instead continue the scheduling discussion via email, to which she agreed, and provided her email address. So I immediately sent her an email... and that was the end of our communication. No response to my email and no further communication via Yelp chat either, despite several prompts from me asking for a response. Completely ghosted. Verdict: Poor communication skills, total waste of my time having engaged with them. Avoid.
