Because of the deployment my process had to be sped up because I could not deploy with the braces. When my braces were taken off there was a small gap in between my front teeth. I'm just returning from the deployment (Yay I'm alive) and I wanted to see if Smile Doctors Braces could correct this forced error. My consultation is set for Wednesday and I really hope that I'm able to get braces back on without being charged for a forced error. Wish me luck!! #SmileDoctors 21March 2019 ok that visit was great! My teeth are much straighter, not perfect but it solve my issue of biting my cheeks which would have caused me cancer if I had of continued according to my dental hygienist. It took two years and but this next tuesday 8-12-26 I get them off and my permanent retainers on so that's exciting. They will have to shave my front buck teeth to get them straighter but my teeth were really out of place so it was expected. My teen son got the Invisalign also but then did his own silly internet research which told him he shouldn't be wearing them so he stopped which was very aggravating due to him believing the internet over an orthodontist but when I called to tell them to take off his buttons because he gave up they were able to get him regular braces with no extra charges even after the two years of struggles to get him to wear them. He agreed that that's what he wanted since the all mighty internet said so. I did not expect them to do this and it was a great blessing for us. Thank you

It has been almost a year and I keep getting told to just wait all while getting charged at every turn for every X-ray for a problem they created. I am in constant pain, I really wish I never went to this place, I have multiple gaps in my teeth that I did not have before. The dentist here just rushed to do my fillings, while talking about cabinets instead of focusing on my teeth! Went to another Ideal when I first was experiencing pain and she said my fillings were super high, although I told the dentist at the Presidio location that my bite was off, she told me that they didn't look high to her! I'm sick and tired of my pain and concerns not taking seriously while I have been dealing with this issue for almost a year now. I really regret going here and just trusting dentist to suggest and do what is best instead of doing things for money and not knowing what they are doing. Instead of trying to help me with the problem they caused, they keep trying to suggest other treatment that has nothing to do with my pain! Now I'm left writing this review after pleading with them multiple times to help me.

Amazing people, amazing teamwork and a great doctor! What…read moreelse could you possibly need from a dental practice? My husband and I had our first appointment with them on April 29, 2026, but it didn't feel like our first time at all. My husband is 83 and deals with dementia along with several other health issues. Usually, he gets tired quickly in new environments and starts to express his discomfort loudly, but that didn't happen at Trinity Oaks Family Dental. He felt completely comfortable and secure. Seeing his positive response to their care gave me such a sense of peace. I've seen that from the doctor to the entire staff, their respect, love, care and understanding for their patients are clearly genuine. Dr. William Cody Brown is the doctor we have seen, he's very kind, caring and a gentle person. A genuine gentleman! I cannot recommend them enough!

My…read morewife has had 2 visits in total with this office the first one being the 4th of December and the 2nd today the 11th of December. First visit went fine they informed us she needed to get her wisdom teeth removed as one was cracked and would only get worse over time. They let us know the doctor is a "traveling doctor" so we wouldn't be able to meet with him until the next visit. After getting everything set up for wisdom teeth removal we came in today with no pre-op or ever meeting this doctor beforehand to talk about the procedure and possible dangers with the cracked tooth during the removal. During my wife's surgery all I could hear from the waiting room was what sounded like choking and her saying "ow" in between. Whenever one of the employees came to wheel her out she informed me they believe her "sinuses" were causing the choking? I don't understand how that would affect a tooth removal but I brushed it off since I need to take care of my now very high and sobbing wife. She's finally able to talk better and the bleeding has slowed down so she doesn't need the gauze as much, after getting the run down from herself I realized just how shitty this doctor and his assistant was being with my wife which irritates me to no end considering I was there and didn't know anything. She told me how before they even started they asked her if we still had the Tylenol 3 that they prescribed on the 1st of December which she tried explaining we never have been to this office before the 4th, they then tried gaslighting her saying she must've not picked it up or don't remember correctly even though they never had the location of the cvs we use so already they tried lying. Then whenever the assistant tried injecting the numbing IV my wife strongly said no to being injected via her hand since she's heard about nerve damage and people not being able to use their hand for weeks after. Which the assistant completely ignored saying she just needs to have her "own experience", I'm glad my wife had no issues with the IV but it's very concerning how she completely ignored her. Now for the big one. During the surgery since my wife already had a cracked tooth the second the doctor started cutting into it the tooth broke into multiple pieces, one of which went down my wife's throat which then started to make her choke. My wife told me she tried telling them multiple times but was told since they don't see it she's fine. After nearly choking twice on this tooth fragment the second they were done she reached into her mouth and grabbed the fragment herself and put it on their table which of course they acted like she didn't do anything and never said anything to me. I never saw the doctor after she was done he gave us no instruction except for a little baggy with extra gauze and an instruction sheet which was given by the front desk staff. Overall this experience has been absolutely shit and we will never be coming back. I hope that doctor treats other patients better than my wife and finds his passion again because obviously he is just in it for a paycheck currently.

I thought it was odd to go to the dentist but not been seen by one. But hey, I am new to the area, this is the closest office so I let that slide. Then today... My daughter had an appointment at 2:20pm, she needed to get 2 cavities fix... I thought "30-45mins... okay, I'll wait in the car" I work nights. But 1.5 hours later and nothing. I asked front desk for an estimate of time left, and they tell me she is scheduled for 4pm?!?!! What?! I tried to call my daughter multiple times to ask if she was already seen, but she would not pick up. Later she told me that they would not let her answer her phone (understandable, since she was being treated, but still). She also told me they were extremely busy and there was only one dentist working between rooms (btw, my daughter said the dentist apologized x the long wait). Anyways, so my daughter got the anesthesia shots, and the dentist went to work on someone else... by the time she came back to my daughter the anesthesia had almost wore out. I work in the medical field, and believe me, I get it when we are short staff... but at least let your front desk know to make sure they have the right information before they pass it on. Please do not over schedule patients if you don't have adequate staff. I rather you reschedule me than made me wait that long to get treated.
