But Anthony at the Talbot Centre location took the old material off and replaced it with leather. They not only looked good as new but functionally are now better than they were originally. I was gracious, patient and understanding for about 15 days. Apparently all this does is to encourage them to disregard you as a customer. Finally got my boots back on April 27th, after getting angry, 18 days and 40 dollars later. I wish I could post a picture of the awful job they did. My boots are ruined. They were just supposed to fix a small hole in the lining and now there are two big ugly brown leather patches on the entire length of the inner back. My boots are black.

He gives accurate estimates for when servicing will be done. I do wish that they had longer hours. It's darn near impossible to get a Saturday appointment and the hours during the week are mostly 9:00-18:00 except for 9:00-20:00 on Thursday.
