The guys who came to do the moving were nice, lovely, attentive, polite. As soon as I pointed out some of the things were fragile, they told me: "We treat everything as fragile" and that's true! Not everything was packed properly by me but it all arrived perfectly intact. They took exactly the time I thought to load/unload, they showed to me how everything was secured in the van, then I went on the van with them to the new destination. They even wanted to place the boxes in separate areas in my new flat! No need really, it's a studio flat... All they asked for afterwards was to quickly wash their hands, I even offered them a drink (it was bloody hot and still they didn't sweat a bit!) but they kindly refused, off to the next job. Also, they asked me to go and check the van before they left, to make sure they haven't left/stolen anything. I would've paid even double for such a service!

I booked two weeks in advance and clearly explained the job: a 1-bedroom flat, third floor. After notifying them the day before that the lift was out of service, I was told I could either accept two movers and "give them a tip" or wait for three. I insisted on three. They ignored me and sent only two. The movers were rude and aggressive from start to finish. When I called the office to complain, I was met with poor customer service, no empathy, and no accountability. The most shocking part was being told they wouldn't unload my belongings unless I paid cash. I felt pressured into paying because I was in a vulnerable position, and I did not feel free to leave until the payment was made. Literally held hostage!! as a woman this is scary Moving is stressful enough without feeling intimidated over your own belongings. Taking a look around he then informed me that i had too much stuff and that i would need to give him an extra £100 cash, which i shouldn't let the office know about.....this was a fee to cover the 'overloading'. I stupidly agreed as i just wanted it to be over. I then said that i would wait downstairs at my neighbours and he looked at me sternly and told me that i must help with all the boxes. He walked up those 4 flights of stairs maybe 5 times and myself and his very keen colleague did all the rest. My back was getting worse by the minute and when i asked to take a break because of my back issues, he told me absolutely not because he was in a hurry......all the while, he just stayed on the van talking on his phone. To add insult to injury, he made me unload the other end too. I was stupid for going along with it but i was a girl on my own and he was very intimidating. I was shell shocked by the end of it and he even sneared at me when i paid him and asked for more money.....as it had taken too long apparently. Like it was my fault that he didn't help or that the company had underestimated the job at hand!! I complained to the office the next day and was promised a call back which didn't come. I asked for my £100 back which i never saw and im now suffering on a daily basis with my back as that awful day really aggrivated an old injury. They are liars and crooks. Do not use them. Go with a well known company that won't rip u off.......its just not worth it!!!!!!!
