The first non-response was when he said he would call me. The second non-response was when I called and tried to track down answers. Again, he said he would call me. Even now, I don't any place I can complain to except here on Yelp. The worst part was getting the long letter explaining why they won't insure me. I read it today and thought about this past year with Covid-19 Pandemic, community shut-downs, and the very recent loss of my mother. I looked again at what they said in their denial letter and I thought, what a horrible way they do business! I don't need anything they have to offer and I bet most people don't either. Rating - Pretty poor. Never doing business with this company.

This is just one example of the lack of service I along with my 18 year old daughter experienced with Mrs. Sordi. Shoot forward a few months and suddenly the new insurance takes 3 times the monthly charge in one swipe. If you tell a client " I'll call you in a few days" when they reach out to you and it turns into 6 days and $$ still not returned? The rates were great! No doubt. BUT when your clients rely on you for help and service and your communication is about as effective as making smoke signs using fire, ya you get it. Lastly, when the client ( ya me) tells you I no longer need your services, cancel my insurance and all you do is say okay and not even offer to try and fix the problem, well you feel like one the misfit toys. Oh ya, because I was forced to call my bank and report fraud charges and stop the payment, I found even better insurance through Costco. Ameriprise not only beat Mrs. Sordi , they actually communicate with you and call you back in the same hour!
