I was finally able to shop through the store with my attempts in the past with their limited business hours. If you haven't experienced this store, this is very close to a pottery barn or crate & barrel type, but with higher prices. I was greeted by a nice lady who shared anything with a red slash that is 40% off, which matched up to their upcoming plans to move their store to Arcadia area. But sadly, I was only greeted as I was halfway through the store, rather than first impressions. Admittedly, that's something that the bigger box stores have in place, just a friendly, warm greeting as you walk in. At the end of our shopping day, we decided to go to happy hour nearby and while driving through the plaza it caught my eye. Decided to stop off and browse what I would call a "multi-faceted" boutique shop that specializes in a variety of things ranging from fun trinket items to furniture and clothes. Overall they have a great selection of what I like to call personalized items. If you're looking to give someone a gift that is unique and not what I call "plain jane" or something with a personal touch that you don't find in your everyday store, then this may be the stop for you. I was actually surprised to find that they have a wide selection of furniture that not only was in stock but also could be ordered and as I was told to be custom if needed. The price point for a lot of the items I was not fully embracing but I did again spend the entire day to look into multiple stores for a variety of household items ranging from tables chairs and love seats A few other similar businesses are nearby such as the Potato Barn which recently moved on the opposite end of the plaza along with a series of other stores in the vicinity like World Market, or stops in the Chandler Pavillions. I would recommend taking a stop through because of the unique style and taste may be something you're looking for when it comes to that special gift or idea but be prepared to open your wallet. Similar items in the store I've seen online or at other places significantly lower but can't knock it if it fits your shopping style and clearly their is a trend/demand for it. If you can't find it Found, well then you may be lost. They're my all time favorite store to just pop in and walk around and find a gift for someone special, find the next perfect thing for my house, and pop over to T Madison (inside the store). The staff are amazingly sweet people - all family owned and all know the regulars by name. It feels like Cheers when you walk in. (Without the beer) :) Their decorating skills are exceptional- and when you are on their email list you get invited to cool events they hold in the store or how to guides. Again like I always say- keep it local, shop local and this place has it. read more

A cute store in Casa Paloma. I can't really categorize it as it is an eclectic mix of things. It's a store for browsing with nothing in mind. You'll find cute stuff with a steep price tag attached. I found lots of stuff I liked, but I'd rather buy shoes. Lol read more

Went it to buy some Christy items and wouldn't spend a dime here after our experience. Loud mouthed male employee didn't greet us (too busy telling stories to his coworker) and then when we asked about certain items he was very snobby. Get over yourself honey. Slowly, piece by piece, my modern contemporary home is becoming decorated thanks to Found. Could I find an item here and source it cheaper on Amazon? Probably. But I appreciate the fact that this small business exists and I prefer to support local. Taylor is very helpful and has good taste. I love the way they decorate inside the store giving lots of ideas and inspiration. I love that they deliver and their 24 hour try it policy. Taylor also has good taste in her boutique items, I always love the jewelry and my daughters like to stop in whenever they visit. Their Instagram is well done too! It's unfortunate that a store with so many beautiful pieces has such poor customer service. I spent at least 15-20 minutes walking the store looking at furniture (I have every intention of purchasing 2 large sofas and 2 chairs for my great room). When you're actively looking/considering a chair (sitting on it, moving the throw pillow, looking at pricing - $1400) which is located directly next to the the customer service desk, I would expect one of the 3 women to at least say hello. Clearly the must not need my business. Hopefully others will have a better experience. read more

DO NOT GO to the Christmas shop they have. I will say the main "Found" store employees are so pleasant and helpful! But the employees at the Christmas shop down the way are something awful. They're beyond rude and snooty. I've never felt more uncomfortable at a store before! Seriously beware of the sassy guy in there at the front, he's next level uncomfortable. You would think these people think they're working at a Harry Winston jewelry store or something. Get over yourselves.. it's cheap glittered Christmas decor for crying out loud. Love this store. Everything is beautifully curated and displayed. The space is huge so take your time and absorb all the goodness. There's a lot of gift options, a baby section, and a few clothes but it's 90% home decor. When I came to this store it was 10am right when they opened. There was only one other guest in the whole store.The two employees asked the other guest if they needed help with anything and pretty much avoided me the whole time I was In there. I'm not exaggerating when I say that this store is hands down, my FAVORITE store ever. I was eating lunch at one of the restaurants near by here and couldn't help but notice the amazing decor inside. So I walked in and was overwhelmed by how amazing all the decor, and lighting and subtle decorative details were put in to this place. I must admit that this place is rather on the pricier side. So, we went to Found by Domestic Bliss in downtown Mesa to get the bracelet as my Mother's Day gift. What a cute, classic and if you are into French, this home accessory store is for you. You have to check out their website to see all their interior design ideas. They have a small jewerly section but all monogram items that are unique If they do not have what you want they will order it for you. Approximately 2 week wait. Charms, bracelets, necklaces and rings. The staff is very friendly and the store is very inviting. My favorite furniture/decor store in the Valley. It is pricey, but the quality is truly there. There is plenty to find here that is reasonable too for gift items and such, however, furniture tends to be on the expensive side. This is the best store ever! There is truly nothing else like it in Phoenix. It has a wide variety of price points, which is great because then everyone can leave with a little treat! They have a little bit of everything; gifts, jewelry, clothing, home decor, and furniture. They carry tons of manufacturers, mostly made in the USA. The prices vary and yes, can sometimes get steep, but that ONLY means you are getting the best of the best and you have great taste ;) If you stop in you'll probably meet one of the owners, which is why it's so awesome to shop small.
