I waited patiently to try to call them again to see what happened but they didn't answer the phone. This office has no voicemail available or answering service. I got in really quick, despite a waiting room full. Everyone was really friendly, with the slight exception of one of the ladies up front, but everyone has a bad day. There was even a glitch with my blood pressure, and they reassured me "don't worry, just come back and let's check again." I did and everything was fine (those two cups of coffee before I went in probably didn't help). Then Dr. Wall even explained why it was really common.
