It was so odd that I just had to laugh it off and say goodbye. I wanted to see Dr. Chong, as he seems to be a well-liked provider, but I simply could not get past that bizarre phone call. I hope that woman is OK, because she sounded confused and quite frankly lost. I would not be comfortable with someone of this ineptitude handling any of my family's medical matters, even if it's just for the scheduling.

Dr Cho was incredible. Very personable, cool, related to me and was just so very thorough as he covered every possible avenue and took his time treating me, testing my reflexes and my areas of concern. He was very thorough. He showed me and detailed all of my x rays. The office was immaculate. Clean and very well organized. I had explained to the doctor that my back had been injured for over 2 weeks so he prescribed 5mg of Flexeril for 10 days. After taking this and staying away from the gym for 6 days, there was ZERO improvement. The medicine wasn't doing a thing for me. So i called them to see if they could switch up my muscle relaxant and they said I'd have to come in again. WHAT! I was literally just there for the same exact problem and you want me to return?!? They just want another reason to bill my insurance, as if my first copay wasn't high enough. My advice- if you can wait for your primary doc- WAIT! OR find an urgent care where they really want to help and not just collect on insurance.

My son has claustrophobia and autism, so while waiting in the room I cracked the door open for him. She pulled the door shut while my hand was still on the handle, so I naturally pulled it open again. At that point, she suddenly shouted "Don't touch me like that!"--which was shocking and completely untrue. I never touched her, and she admitted that afterward, but the outburst was unprofessional and unnecessary. After this, we were moved to another room and another provider, but no one would give me the staff member's name despite asking several times. I don't think patients should be treated this way or made to feel like they're in the wrong for advocating for their child's comfort. Overall, I do recommend this urgent care for their efficiency, the doctor, and the front desk staff. But I hope management addresses situations like this, because one bad experience can really overshadow an otherwise excellent visit.

Deanna called me up within 5 minutes and started the check in process, only to learn that Aetna not only sent me to the wrong Urgent Care, they also had given me the wrong insurance card! I took the medicine and recovered after I finished the medicine. Amy was very friendly and answered my questions on the doctors and clinic/office operations. 2nd visit was for my pain at the back of the ankle (achilles) for almost 3 months. Don walked in with a huge smile and very friendly and checked my foot and found a bump at the back of heel that needed x-ray to confirm. (when I saw my podiatrist twice in the last month, he didn't even notice it). only problem is the x-ray order form had a wrong address that I ended up driving around to find the correct location. I've decided to make an appointment with the MD in the house to see if I can change my PCP to this location for convenience. earliest appointment is 2 months away, hopefully this is bc MD is on travel, and not a typical trend for scheduling. but at least the PAs were knowledgeable and the staffs were very friendly. So happy I've found this place w/in 10min. from my house.

While I was trying to explain my situation and ask for help, he repeatedly interrupted and cut me off before I could finish speaking. He showed very little patience and seemed completely unwilling to listen or provide any assistance. This kind of attitude is unacceptable for someone working at the front desk of a healthcare facility. Patients come to a clinic because they need help, and the very least they should receive is basic courtesy, patience, and respect. Based on my interaction with him, John needs significant customer-service training before working in a position that requires direct interaction with patients. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures that patients are treated with the professionalism and respect they deserve.
