They admitted that they do this in order to encourage people to sell their cars and then move to wherever and buy another car all over again. Such f**king bullshit. Now we have to sell the car or find a mainland lender to pay them off just so we can ship our f**king car. Never again. Avoid Gather Federal Credit Union like the plague.

About 45 years later, it's the same thing. My Mom makes sure she's parked about 30 minutes before opening to make sure she can do her business as soon as the doors open! FHB reps are kind and respectful. Not much has changed since my childhood... well actually, I don't remember the roosters:)

We got exactly the deal we were looking for through Steven. Steven is very knowledgeable about the Hawaii timeshare market. The transaction was quick and easy. He was a pleasure to work with. During our escrow a dispute arose. It probably was unforeseen by both the sellers and us, the buyers. Even though the commissions on timeshare deals are low for the brokers, Steven quickly stepped in and paid from his own pocket the amount that was in dispute. I still don't know who should have "rightfully" paid but Steven put the dispute to bed immediately. I suggest that you not spend the days researching and visiting timeshare properties to determine what you want as we did. I suggest just calling Steven. He has all the information you will want and more that you didn't think of. If you are a seller of a timeshare in Hawaii, I suggest you check out Steven. If he services sellers half as well as he serviced us, I suggest you use him for sales as well.
