I have been with this gym for two years. Up to now, it has not been a good experience due to (what…read moreseems to me) bad choices and neglect and I have expressed this in the past, both here and other social medias. Recently, after a lengthy period of time, I have seen changes in both the conditions of the place, and a new manager, Tommy, who came from other locations of 24 HF. The past months since he has arrived, I have seen new improvements and changes for the good. It started with the cleanliness of even things like the front windows and entrance and equipment that has been long ignored is being repaired. The aquatic section which has been important to me and consistently out of service, has been addressed and repaired and seems to be no longer a bandaid solution. I am really encouraged by Tommy who genuinely listens, is interactive with the customers that he meets, and walks around and checks his club for conditions. I live nearby, didn't want to change appreciate the great employees who, up to now, seemed to want to address their customers, but were not in a position to follow through,, and thank the owners for bringing us a person who shows since he arrived here some months back, that his customers are important. I expect, as more and more equipment is brought back online, that I will change my rating to "5 Stars" and for the first time since I have been here, will be pleased to renew my membership when the time comes. Keep up the great work!

What a joke of a gym. Not to mention something is always breaking/broken or out of order. And no I will be not contacting the company because you all should have enough integrity & awareness to make the location better. Tell wanna be Dan Schneider to actually take charge instead of floating around.

I'm not really rating Cascade AC on the whole in this review but rather their policy or lack…read morethereof. I enjoy swimming and Cascade has the best pool in the area so participation here is a matter of limited selection. My problem is the lack of policy/signs/refereeing something that keeps inconsiderate lane swimmers in line. Cascade has no posted policy or signs that direct how people should behave when there are others waiting for a lane. Since there are numerous older adults that seem to have developed blindness because they don't 'see' people waiting nor do they ask anyone. Instead, they see someone getting out of the pool and head directly to the lane that just opened up simply not caring that others are waiting. Most people seem to want to avoid conflict so nothing gets said empowering those who are already feel privileged enough to just jump in. Then there's me. I will say something and I might not be nice about it because your rudeness put you in my path. So, lane cutters if you can't turn to those waiting and ask then expect to get called out or for me to jump in 'your' lane. I simply won't stand for your rude behavior or whatever excuse you have for being like you are. As for Cascade - this on you. You have no policy, no guidance and no monitoring leaving us adults to police themselves. Fortunately, most do an exceptional job of policing themselves and have decency and courtesy. However, there are some that don't possess decency and probably have limited self-control when confronted about their behavior that could lead to an altercation between parties. If this were to happen to me you can bet that I would seeing you in court... And, while you are pondering this matter please scrub the pool! It's filthy. The walls and floor of the pool are coated in brown slime that cause slip when trying to push off. P.S. this also applies to those that are in a lane and invite someone that just shows up to join them instead of the next person in line as it should be. Friends don't get a free pass to the head of the line.

There is a strong focus on lifting with good form and attention to detail. Luke is very knowledgeable on muscles and body movement and identifies weaknesses focusing my on strengthening them. The gym is immaculate, organized and has a wide variety of equipment. The group setting is very supportive and comfortable. It is small enough to get individual attention. He changes things up regularly so I never find myself bored . There is a balance between lifting barbells, kettle bells, dumbbells, body weight, and cardio for a great full body workout. I highly recommend FSC to anyone interested in private or group training!

After 3 sessions, I am amazed at the awareness I now have of my body and it's needs, my emotional and mental needs and how to best grow through the years of stress and my neglect in recognizing how much I need to take care of myself. Stephana is an encourager that builds inner knowledge and confidence for the journey toward wholeness and strength. She is a life changing coach and guide - I'm so glad I found her website. In between, had a regular cycle of body work appointments with physical therapists, massage therapists, chiropractors, acupuncturists, float tanks, and more to treat the stress and aches and pains of juggling a legal career, frequent travel and family. Then I found Yogilachi. It seemed a little intimidating at first, but I'll try most things once. And I'm so glad I did. The movements are available and beneficial whatever the fitness level, the instructor cares deeply and accommodates the individual needs of each student, and teaches the class to meet the needs of those in the class. Through the semiprivate sessions that incorporate all the best and most effective movements and teachings from a variety of disciplines, and the latest information about physiology and healing, Yogilachi condenses the best mind and body work into each lovely session. The best part is the return on investment--putting in the effort to retrain the body has lasting effects far beyond the class hour. My own transformations have been profound--improved posture, stamina, recovery time, focus, mood, and time! All things we all want more of. As a result, I'm more focused and creative at work, more present for my family and a better human for the border collie. Where I would be tired and sore from a few-mile walk with the dog, I can now roam the forests for 4 or 5 miles a couple of times a week and still have energy for all the other things that have to get done. Where I would return from a trip exhausted and sick with barely the energy to binge watch netflix, I now have the energy to wander the woods, which offers much better brain and spirit recovery value! And because I feel better, I manage stress better, I make better choices, I make better progress in meeting my goals--about food, about how I spend my time and about how to live each day. Results may vary, but any step toward greater health and wellness is a step in the right direction. Take the leap!
