This review is a bit different from the other ones for Stephana's Yogilachi training. I had a serendipitous and profound experience where she helped me open and connect with my Akashic Records. Stephana is highly in tune with the spiritual realm and intuition. Stephana is the perfect resource for balance, fitness, nutrition, And self care. Some of us need real hands on attention from someone who knows physiology and anatomy in order to help us work our bodies more efficiently for our own goals. I thought I had one leg longer than the other and it hindered me from being as athletic as I wanted to be and really drained my energy when I worked hard. Stephana helped me by teaching me posturing. Things to do in life OUTSIDE of working out. How to sleep and sit etc.. to change my pelvic floor and re-align my body. In just weeks of using these methods, I have major differences. My shoe salesperson noticed the pronation in my foot (one major issue) was way better! I couldn't be more satisfied!
