Somehow information pertaining to our decedent ended up in Mariella's work purse kept at her house while she was out of office. Trell Bryant, the self proclaimed owner of this establishment was unable to piece together anything in Mariella's absence. We were told by Mariella it costs $200 to ship ashes due to special handling needed for cremated remains - I see here on the postage the actual cost was $72. Robert Bryant Fuberal home made approx $127 off of shipping ashes and couldn't even include a sympathetic card, or tissue paper. We got dusty crumpled up paper. The presentation says everything about the respect they have for the deceased and their family members. See the photo! I can't make this up! I was told last week by trell, our loved one was cremated that day and that we should have the ashes by Friday last week. Another lie! Apparently the crematorium had an "issue" delaying them over a week and I'm now supposed to believe the cremation occurred on Memorial Day Monday. This establishment tells so many lies and banks on peoples emotions distracting them from what is unfolding. I have been told by Mariella she will speak with me when I'm calm! Bish please! A loved one is dead, we haven't been given any answers, and this *funeral home* has drug the process along in a painfully unprofessional manner. We drove from Colorado to see our loved one and that was taken away from us! Zero closure and immense insensitivity provided by Robert Bryant Funeral Home. Trell's response was to laugh at me when explaining how insane this experience has been. They don't even know what a USPS tracking # is, don't trust them with the body of your loved one.

Robert Bryant & his staff were compassionate & helped me move through this with as little pain as possible. When the day finally came, they picked my brother up from his home and let me climb into the vehicle to kiss my brother & say one last goodbye. EXCELLENT company. AMAZING staff.

After…read morelosing my mother recently to chemotherapy overdose, although the doctor won't admit it nor even cares the process of planning the funeral was easy and stress free. Matt Pierson is a godsend and provided a wonderful service at the Church in Astatula. I would not hesitate in an instant to recommend this funeral home. Matt and John were compassionate and understanding in our time of need. The services weren't as expensive as I thought they would be. For those of you on the fence about pre planning get off the fence!!! Go in and visit them and make arrangements. It will take an incredible burden off the family in doing what you wish for your final arrangements. I always thought it was taboo and something a bit odd since I used to sell pre arranged funeral planning. The social worker gave me a list of funeral service vendors in that area. I called around and the prices and approaches were all over the place. A high quote with a discount for being in hospice? Ugh. I looked on Yelp and saw a recommendation by a friend that she thought Loomis was a professional and thoughtful organization. I could not have asked for better service and fee prices. - They were helpful and explained their fee and costs for death certificates over the phone. When my husband later died in the middle of the night, they responded quickly - Cremation fees were much less than those quoted by others on the list furnished by hospice. - They did not try to up sell, they even suggested I might want to complete the request via the web and conveniently pay at the same time if I did not feel like driving over there. - I am having a funeral service in another state. They were so kind and respectful on the phone and in person. - They provided the paperwork and documents I will need to have my husband interred in another state. - They had a catalog of urns and the prices were very reasonable and I know this as I had shopped around. Their location in Apopka seems small but most of the staff I spoke to were young and caring. In a time when I was stressed this was the easiest decision.

The service was beautiful, well organized, and conducted with dignity and respect. The staff seemed compassionate, professional, and welcoming. It's never easy saying goodbye, but the care and attention to detail made the service a meaningful tribute. The only thing that I did not like is that the place is really small, besides that all was great.
