I had called Don about a quote for cremation services because my husband was receiving hospice care. Don took the time to explain the details of cremation and answered all my questions, which helped me to make my decision to use his services. Then, after my husband passed away in Feb. 2024, the hospice nurse called him for me and Don quickly arranged for someone to come out and remove my husband's body -- even though it was at night. He kept me informed as to when he would mail the death certificates, and when he would hand-deliver my husband's ashes to me, which he did with the utmost care and respect.
