Never use this place for service. They had our motorhome for 10 months, while there it was hit with a golf cart, they messed up my front dash which they informed me can not be repaired. They had removed my slides and when put back together half of the toggle switches to operate things don't work. I spoke to Travis the general manager and he informed us he had no way of knowing if it was their fault or not. It's because the assistant and manager left and he had no record of what was done. If you do choose to do business with this place....make sure and take photos of the entire inside and outside before you leave. Cover yourself with photos. I can't say enough about the service and care we received by Lucky (salesman), Marty (delivery coordinator) and James (parts) at Patterson RV. The people in parts were great! The lady who greeted us were wonderful. The salesman who was supposed to assist us with looking at the Class Bs was an asshole. We stood outside in the heat for quite a while before he came out. Then he told us they were locked. No shit! We wouldn't have asked for his help if they were open. Then he asked us which ones we wanted to see because one was $230k and one was $80k.l and one was $140k. We didn't ask him the price. He was just making assumptions about us. Two casual black women with a dog. He seemed bothered by us. So we left. I am in the business to upgrade soon and am shopping around for the best place to get one. These guys are the BEST! We were just passing through on a trip and lost our sewage plumbing to a piece of tire on the freeway. On a Friday morning, when most shops are busy, we stopped in and they made time to fix our issue. They were extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and best of all, fairly priced! If I could give a zero, I would. As the people were friendly, they did not deliver on what they were supposed to do. Our RV has been there for about 3 months for repair. Complete shotty job done. Installation still ripped up, broke our door, killed our battery, and didn't winterize when they OFFERED to in the first place. Will not be bringing our RV back there and do not recommend. read more

I brought my 2008 Denali 5th wheel in for servicing. They put a new roof, 2 new motors for 2 of my 3 slides. They did custom work on my axles, and a whole lot more! Everyone wants to talk to you and make you feel special! Joe walked outside with us and walked us through everything that Patterson RV did to the rig. Don't expect anything from them after they have your money. We bought a brand new 2021 5th wheel from them, our sales guy Zach was terrific, and we got a good price on the RV. However the NEXT day after we bought it we discovered that there was an issue with a part, so we called and left messages every day over the next 5 days with no return calls, finally got hold of the service manager who told us "That's a warrantee issue, you need to call Keystone...". What??? If I have a problem with my truck I don't call Ford Motor Company, I call a Ford DEALER! He finally said he would have one of his guys call me and I never heard back from them again. Icing on the cake, they back-dated the title 3 weeks PRIOR to the date we actually purchased it, so when we finally got it in the mail it was already past due and we had to pay over $100 extra in penalties for the title! I'll never even think about using them for service! read more
