Brandon, the owner & operator of SS Marnie, called him the same day and was at the lake the next day to troubleshoot and diagnose the problem. He quickly figured out it was the starter. We discussed the parts to order (OEM or aftermarket) and a few days later he was back out installing the parts and my boat runs/starts great now. He is a true life saver!!! The shock problem was not addressed because they said they didn't have time in those 9 months to look at it. In other words they fixed the steering then started looking at the shocks. The WORST PART Was 9 months later when I went to pick it up it was obvious that it had sit outside in the elements the entire time. My 2 year old $35,000 RZR looked like it had aged 5 years or more. Never again. My recommendation is drive as far as you need to to avoid this place. Notice all the good reviews are from people buying new ones. Of course they're happy. Duhhh.

I originally called in July for help with my moped, and they told me they could fix it, however, they were busy and would call me back in 2 weeks to schedule an appointment. 2 weeks passed, no call, so I called them back. They said again they were busy, so to try again in August. Since there weren't other options, I waited. I tried again, and they put me on a "waitlist" with "2" customers ahead of me. Now it is the end of September, I called to see about my spot, and there was never any waitlist. They told me now they don't handle Vespa Mopeds, and to take it to Tulsa because they don't have recommendations on where to bring it. I asked why they didn't tell me this back in July, and they said "I don't know." BRING YOUR BIKE SOMEPLACE ELSE! Don't waste your time, they can't be honest with what their schedules are and what they can / can't do, how will they be honest with anything else?
