This eliminates the Telephone operator issue of what is discussed with the person who comes to bid vs who does the job vs who bills. He has great energy and goes the extra mile. We did our research and his quote was competitive and he was the only one who offered the metallic floor vs the epoxy flakes. Why Metallic - it wears better than the flakes. We have the flakes at our properties in the greater Seattle area. They show the wetness, mud and are not as pretty. Unique one of a kind floors with Surface It. No two are alike. We choose a warm cappuccino marbled look. When the brown and white mixed it went down a bit reddish. He drove all the way to Palm Springs to get the darker brown and applied it the next day. The process takes many days. Steve is easy to work with and a pleasant guy doing his job with an attention to detail. He kept us on schedule. The lesson he and I both learned is to really look at the mixed color before it goes on. Given we had to redo part of it (he offered no extra charge though we paid the half of the extra materials as our gesture), he then made the white more like clouds vs marbled in as I had expected. He did this so not to dilute the brown and have a similiar issue. That said where the white and dark brown mixed, it is fabulous...almost like an animals fur. So we do really like it. The metallic brings the garage up as if it is a fabulous dance floor or high end home store in some hip part of the world. We absolutely recommend him! We had 4 quotes. He was one of the few who came with sample cards and an Instagram ready to show us videos and images. His product, pricing, work ethic and positive energy makes him the TOP CHOICE by far...like the difference between a fabulous rushing river or a nearly dried up old crick. There is no comparison.
