The representative, sales person Brian, who came to meet with us for an estimate was very reassuring and informative about what would be done. He said that it was amazing no jacks had been put in previously, the distance between the beams was much too far and the wooden joists were cracking. He provided a comprehensive proposal and was ready to talk with us on the phone before we had the work scheduled to be completed. This was very helpful to calm our worries. The work that was done was, fast, efficient and we are very happy with the result. Chis was our foreman, many thanks to him! I recommend this company very highly. It's hard to trust a company that you might find on the internet. I think that we were very lucky that we were able to find Keystone. We improved the value of our property. Today service manager Lee Cochrane came out for a request to relocate the unit to the furnace room where it would be less prominent, basically out of sight. What I thought would be a long and costly solution, Lee moved the unit in minutes connecting to condensation pump line to the one on the furnace. No need to drill a new hole to the outside.
