For the initial quote I met with Behtash Adib. He was punctual, professional and took the time to answer any and all questions. While deciding on the scope of the job Behtash was consistent with prompt responses and information. The basement waterproofing was done by Ade, Shy and Vandyke. During the project they noticed a potential problem in the same room unrelated to their work. The team notified me and even paused while they had a specialist stop by and check it out. This was above and beyond and extremely helpful. The second project was my front steps. Over the years the cement steps cracked and started to settle into the ground. The concrete repair team fixed this quickly, with excellent results. Andrew and Russel took the time to confirm my expectations of the job and answer any questions I had. I thought the work was too much for one person to handle but Dwight continued slugging away for 13 hours and finished the work. The stones we had put on our front stairs were failing after 15 years and there were a number of bricks starting to break down on our over 40 years old house. Since we are a corner lot our home is exposed on 3 sides and a lot of snow, ice and rain damage occurs. I was very impressed by this very personable young man and the work ethics and diligence he showed.
