The other guests and I had to step in waste in order to relieve ourselves. We couldn't go into the house due to construction, hence why they rented these restrooms in the first place. Things happen sometimes that are out of our control, but the lack of accountability and customer service my cousin experienced with this business is extremely disappointing and disrespectful to be quite honest. My cousin has left a review herself that better explains the situation, so I'll paste that below for your reference as a potential customer. Pictures are attached as well. ~ "I rented these portable restrooms for my baby shower. An hour into the shower they started to leak. Guests reported that they were stepping in toilet water to use the restroom. This company has a direct line, it took hours before someone answered and we were told to educate guests to lightly use the restrooms and for any continued issues to recontact them. They never answered. The restrooms cost over $1000 and were unusable for the remainder of the event. I had to open my home that was under construction to a guest list of 80. Mind you, I was told this is the restroom they use for weddings. Other vendors made comments regarding the unsanitary conditions. No full or partial refund was given. They were not helpful during or after the event. Terrible sanitary conditions and terrible customer service. Their direct line does not work."

Pablo from Triple Fresh Solutions cleaned a whole bunch of stuff in our house today. Rugs, sofas and chairs, pillows, various fabrics, tiles, and grout. Things like that. We are 100% happy. He communicated well in scheduling the appointment, kept in touch, arrived when he said he would, and did a fabulous job. He was polite, intelligent, and capable. I cannot think of anything about his work or his business that is anything but the best. Since living here we have contracted with various other deep cleaning businesses. All of them were OK, but Triple Fresh Solutions was more than OK. They were great, or should I say he was great. We won't try any other company in the future as long as he is still in business.
