I asked what the deal was on pricing if that was down payment or total price as other dealersship do it interchangeably. He said "what's it matter you're buying it right?" we then went on to discuss ownership,carfax and service history and was abruptly cut short after I told him I am okay with the mileage so long as it's got a pretty good service history.his response was condescending saying- "want me to check the timing chain on it as well you're a Joke-get down here and buy this car ". Honest opinion is heard pretty good things about this ave but from what I've experienced from them before even being able to come and buy the vehicle I was inquiring about they treat you like shit and talk down on you. this can't a be a serious place they are a joke. Was going to buy a vehicle and pay more over the price so that the salesmen who helped me get the car would get good gross on the vehicle- however from one car salesman to another. You treat your potential customers like shit and that's not okay. Doesn't matter how long you've been in the industry- as a buy here pay here place you'd think you'd want to treat your customers just a bit better (dosent have to be perfect just better) what will they buy from gonna go their friends where they got the car from that builds references for you. You get that customer and you stay in business but when you treat all your customers like shit nobody's gonna wanna come back and buy from you.

I had it towed back and these liars.... after a day and a half of it being fixed... had the audacity to lie and say the engine locked up and it's my fault because it was ooverheating. Now, if coolant was in the reservoir and in the radiator, why was my vehicle overheating, and why did they have to lie? Because they knew they covered up a head gasket problem, sold me a vehicle with a bad head gasket and trying to pin that on me because of their misdiagnosis.
