Prior too I called to ask about a separate vehicle I was going to buy from them and the salesman was condescending (frank Fernando) and was talking to me like I'm dumb. I asked what the deal was on pricing if that was down payment or total price as other dealersship do it interchangeably. He said "what's it matter you're buying it right?" we then went on to discuss ownership,carfax and service history and was abruptly cut short after I told him I am okay with the mileage so long as it's got a pretty good service history.his response was condescending saying- "want me to check the timing chain on it as well you're a Joke-get down here and buy this car ". These guys are very shady. I had a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee that had a radiator problem and with a check engine light on and the car overhwating. So, it was under warrantyI took the car in, which they so-called fixed and said I was good to go. Two days later, my check engine light comes on, and my car is overheating. I turn my car off and waited til the morning to check on my car, because, the problem was supposedly fixed. I go to start it, and my car doesn't start. I had it towed back and these liars.... after a day and a half of it being fixed... had the audacity to lie and say the engine locked up and it's my fault because it was ooverheating. Now, if coolant was in the reservoir and in the radiator, why was my vehicle overheating, and why did they have to lie? Because they knew they covered up a head gasket problem, sold me a vehicle with a bad head gasket and trying to pin that on me because of their misdiagnosis. I drove 5 hours from Oklahoma to see the truck they had posted on there Facebook page. Truck was a 2015 chevy 3500 with dump bed, all the pictures looked okay on Facebook. We show up me and my friend he is a mechanic and I start looking at it and he opens the hood and does his thing inside of the truck they sprayed painted the dashboard, doors, floorboard black so it could look new I guess. The ceiling of the truck inside was trash & dirty looked like it had foam insulation or something in that nature, inside the windshield there was water drops so I asked the sales guy he said it was the vapor from cleaning the seats to me it didn't add up so I looked on top of the cab outside and it was dented pretty bad like when they washed it or it rains the water went into the inside of the cab. By this time my friend had checked the engine he said transmission oil was super low told the sales guy he went to get some. So me and my friend left to test drive it didn't drive far we had seen enough and the truck sounded weird so we pulled over and he brought his scanner to read if the truck had any codes or defaults. Prior to coming from Oklahoma Boston had told me the truck had check engine light on asked him if he knew why, he said it's a oxygen sensor so I asked my friend the mechanic he said it's fixable and we can drive it back home without problems. So back to when we pulled over we got off and he had the scanner hooked and I was walking around looking more deeply into the truck my friend told me the pulley was wiggling and that wasn't normal also said the motor clicks and that's also not normal. After a couple minutes the scanner read 13 defaults so basically the truck was a junk the only good thing it had was a hydraulic dump bed I'll give them that. On the spray paint he said no that no one sprayed painted it, but clearly we smelled the fresh paint., I don't know what they were trying to cover up. We stopped by to test drive a car. The salesman was condescending and rude. He accused us of not driving the car properly when we mentioned a brake smell (but the brake light is on on the dash board) The cart had several issues, and we took it to a parts store to have codes run. There were 2 issues, 1 was minor, 1 woods be a major fix. There would have been no guarantee on the car, unless we paid for a warranty, even though they were aware of the problem. We walked. Lets start with A) Aldo is rude and not a great salesman. Tried to sell me a car for 3750, when I took it to a mechanic he told me that an idiot would offer 1000 and the highest hed go would be 800. There was a laundry list of issues with this car to the point that it was unsafe to drive according to my mechanic in its current state. Upon my return to this location and trying to helpfully tell Aldo whats wrong with this car, he immediately shut me down, demanded i "give me back my keys and have a good day", while I was trying to inform him he was selling a lemon. The mechanic also told me that at least once every week or two someone comes in with a car from this lot thats entirely crapped out on them within the first couple weeks. Bought a car from here two weeks ago. Before we got even got home the car was in the shop. The sales rep told us that the only thing wrong with it was the tires and alignment and we told them we planned on buying new ones. When we got to the mechanic we learned that they put tons of stop leak into the coolant to temporarily fix 2 blown head gaskets. This "fix" only works for about 100 miles or so. They told us to bring it in so something could be worked out, but we told them that it can't be brought in because it's broken down. They said that in that case their mechanic didn't do that to the car but we all know that's a lie. Bill yelled at my wife over the phone and hung up on her. They also told us that this car was a trade in from someone who babied it for years but the car facts show that it was actually REPOSSESSED! They are all liars and will do anything to make sure their reputation looks good. So far the work done on the car has been to fix bad oil leaks, replace timing belt, replace power steering, replace all spark plugs and coils, new tires and alignment, and of course it's in the shop right now getting the head gaskets fixed. read more

I have gone to this place ever since I moved to Kansas City, MO back in October. They do excellent work and the price is unbelievable. This weekend They replaced part of my shocks, changed the oil, and replaced some parts that were leaking oil for $295.51. They're honest and even let me take a look at what was wrong. I haven't looked why they got a low score, because they are great, best mechanics ever! The place isn't like some huge expensive high cost ceiling type of establishment so it's more of a hometown, down to earth kind of place. It'll be worth your time to go there. read more

I looked at a Toyota Prius at this establishment. I would highly recommend this, I took it to a Toyota dealership so they could run tests on it. Toyota told me it is seeping oil from the timing cover. First I asked them to take off the difference, $2400, they said no and did he could take off $100. Then I said if you replace the timing cover and fix the seeping oil I'll buy it. They said "we're not fixing a damn thing." I tried to explain to him why and how this was important and he kept cutting me off and wouldn't let me speak. Also, there was a shotgun shell casing in the backseat! I asked one of the employees why there was a shotgun shell in the backseat he said that his brother probably took it hunting. Who takes a Prius hunting?! As I was going to look at this car I literally was reading the Google reviews of this place and nobody had anything good to say about it. Would give 0 stars if i could. VERY deceptive. They gave me the impression that the eclipse I bought was nearly flawless. 7000 miles later the car dumps all it's coolant on my driveway. Took it jnto an auto shop and they said whoever sold it to me(being silver eagle) filled the coolant system with stop leak. It mudded up the radiator, waterpump, water hose, and clogged the heating core. The repairs ended up costing me over 2 grand. Before you buy ANY vehicle here, make sure you have a mechanic look at the car before buying it. It will save you thousands in the end. read more

On the way home after signing the paperwork his wife was driving the car and the car literally caught fire and burned to the ground. When contacted about this the only response he received was "wish there was something we could do". This is completely a unacceptable way of doing business. At all costs avoid this place. Im sure its not coincidence after reading other reviews that i have had my car a few months now and havent even been able to drive it a whole week. My first clue should have been the fact that the oil was bone dry when i drove it off the lot and i wouldnt have known had i not taken it straight over to get an oil change. Long story short check engine light came on the very next day and its been problem after problem ever since. After replacing so many parts and paying for the labor we soon find out that the engines computer is bad. Nice! So we call them and they pretty much told us "well we sold it to you as is". Its a 2012 with lower milage....they knew exactly what they were doing. They looked at our file and said they had looked it all over before putting it on the lot and there was a note stating that they changed the corroded battery termonals....that is a damn lie! The terminals look horrible. They didnt even put oil in it!! WHAT THEY DO IS SELL SHITTY CARS AND THE ONLY SERVICE THEY DO IS RESET THE DIAGNOSTIC CODES SO PEOPLE BUYING THE CARS WILL THINK THEY ARE GETTING A DEAL. Do not buy a car from these people without letting an independent mechanic you know and trust fully check it out first. Do not trust their so called "inspection" because it is done in house. I thought I got a fair deal on used 2009 Ford Explorer with only 70,000 miles. A few months after I bought the Explorer, the transmission died and had to be replaced costing me $2,000. I hoped I would be good, but no. Now the engine is dead and needs to be rebuilt. Which will cost at least another $2,000. I am sorry I ever dealt with these people. They prey on people like me.
