I took a few cars for a test drive and made a decision quickly but at no time did they pressure me. I met with the finance guy Thomas who got me a great APR. he did push quite a bit to add on an extended warranty. but after a few "no's" he conceded. They gave me a great deal on my trade-in. In fact, Craig let me fill out that part on the tablet knowing I had a bad experience at Toyota. The entire experience took about 3.5 hours but I left with no "buyer's remorse."

I thought enterprise checked their cars before selling them, but apparently not. They're very helpful when getting your money, but once they have it, they could care less about the lemon they sold you. Extremely frustrating.
