I enjoy dropping in a for a quick 9 holes, where I know I do not have to fight the crowds. The actual golf range is good to get a round of 9 or 18 holes. There is a practice putting green and a practice chipping area. They always have available tee times and many days that you just walk up and make it happen. There are some holes where the greens are not in the best condition, but it is over all a nice course. You'll see a lot of deer in or near the wooded area, especially as the sun is setter. The 15th hole provides a nice view of the jets coming in to land, as it is right next to the tarmac and runway. The Pro Shop has the usual items, balls, tees, shirts (with course logo), caps (with course logo), cleats, and gloves. You may want to buy some drinks/snacks prior to leaving the Pro Shop, since there is a cart or shack on the course. This course closes late Fall, through the entire Winter, and will re-open in early Spring.

The course doesn't drain well in spots (south jersey is very flat) yet some spots are begging for water when the rain is sparse. 12, 13, and 14 are three challenging par 4s that require a tee shot in the fairway and a mid range iron. It's a good course for the fees. Cold water on the course but bring your own snacks as there is no snack cart.

We went to mini golf afterwards and did all 18 holes; I was afraid so much mini golf could get tiring or boring, but we had a blast throughout and played for a good 3+ hours. Again, coming at a less-crowded time was a good call as I can imagine a big group being more cumbersome to other guests at a busy time. This stayed that way from 2 to 18 as well the ranger told us what he was doing and assured us it would get better! Well it never did! We became friends with the group in front because we had a convo with them every tee box! I play there a lot and love the layout as well as the staff! The conditions are decent and not worth the fee they charge, as well the conditions of the course will get bad as the summer rolls in! Sad but a great facility that will take your money but not give you a full and fair value! Waiting 20 minutes on each hole is crazy when a fee of over 150 is charged! The way it looked was overcrowding and not a bad 4 some holding anyone up! So, greed vs quality never is a winning formula! I for one have reservations about returning there to ever play again!

Chicken parm and baked ziti had a great red sauce and the lemon chicken was also tender and tasted great. The dinner rolls practically melted in my mouth! My group had about 150 people in attendance and everyone fit in the room well and we weren't stacked on top of each other!
