So our tractor wouldn't start. So we took it to Fletcher's and they told us it was beyond fixing…read moreand they would buy it from us for $50. Or they can fix it for $1200. We ended up taking it to a guy we found on Facebook called Milich Small equipment repair in new Alexandria. He had it running and working for less than $20. We ended up giving him $100 tip because he wouldn't take anything for service. I do not recommend Fletcher. There are a bunch of crooks and they don't know what they're doing. The only reason we ever went to them was because they did one of our push mowers. And they told us that it was fixed they had to put a new carburetor on. Which somehow cost more than a lawnmower. So if you need repairs done, I will go to milich small equipment repair. he charges a flat rate of $50 for a service or less if it's something small. Any charges you when he get charged for the park. So if the park cost $20 to him he charged you $20 nothing extra like Fletcher. The carburetor that they put on our lawnmower, ended up dying like two years later. When Dan put on the new carburetor on our push mower, it cost the same amount. And he told us that it was a Chinese version that they put on that's why I didn't last that long but they charged us $300 for the carburetor.

This is a great place to get plates, napkins, matching plastic silverware, and tablecloths for any occasion. I also have purchased their small clear plastic decorative cups when I made pudding cups or cheesecake shooters that were individual serving sizes. They have plastic wine cups too that are great for large parties when you don't want to use all your glassware. Most recently I have visited here to get balloons filled. I didn't know that they offered this service until I called to check. I already had the balloons and ribbon, but they suggested I drop them off earlier in the day and then pick them up around 4:00 before they close, and before my event started. The latex balloons only last about 6-8 hours. It cost only about $1 to fill up each balloon. The drop off/pick up process was smooth and the workers there are SO nice! I don't know the guy's name that has done my balloons the last two times, but he is the best! So friendly and makes it easy! He even puts the balloons in a bag so they are easy to get in the car. They returned the extra balloons and ribbon both times. None of the balloons popped, and they all held up during the full events. I am so happy to find this local place that is close to the city and convenient for my events. I definitely recommend stopping in here just to check it out!

Bought drywall from this location this past weekend and the drywall was labeled wrong…read more After asking for the general manager, Jeff, and having a discussion, Jeff agreed the drywall was marked wrong. I was my boyfriend and another gay friend and Jeff would not honor the mismarked price. We left with the drywall that was not marked correctly. As a newly gay couple that bought a house and moved to Crafton, I will never stop here again and am extremely disappointed.

Came in for one piece and they let me know the reason the screws had failed in the first place was because the threads were not right.
