Silver Crown called last week to confirm start date. At no time did they ever reveal that they were having trouble filling the position! Had they done so, we may have been able to work together to increase the hours, etc. instead, they failed me & my mother miserably!! If I performed my job this way, I wouldn't have one! The caregivers that helped them out were tremendous. Very prompt, timely and were always here when they said they'd be. Extremely caring and genuinely interested in my grandparents well being. Helped them take their meds when they needed it, bath themselves, and helped my grandpa do his physical therapy homework walking around the back yard and doing leg exercises to help regain his strengths. Ultimately they helped take care of my grandparents like they were taking care of their own family which is all I could've asked for!
