Villa Maria was available, but had a rather low rating on yelp. I would like to Emphatically say that this is a wonderful facility. All of the staff have been available, knowledgeable, and willing to listen to me as I explained how to best serve my mother. I did not get lip service, I did not get rolled eyes. And when I showed up unannounced, my mother was being cared for very well. They did a great job identifying her needs and providing all of the appropriate specialists. It was clear that their goal was to get her well enough to go home. They did a wonderful job. I would not hesitate to send a family member there or to go there myself should I need such a facility.

There is a fact of it being understaffed as well they sit on the cellphones! I have seen aid drop off food and leave it there and by the time they came back .. the jello was all over this lady who was very weak. For the expense paid .. it just not worth it. We took in food so our family member would be able to eat. Ensure drinks etc. All to find out that after our family member passed away They return most of the food and drinks There was missing property and the list goes on! Everyone I spoke with was kind and loving, they have a team that supported our needs. We were given all of the equipment, visits, medication and supplies needed very quickly and we were constantly asked what else our family needed. I am so happy I chose this agency. It is overwhelming to make decisions like choosing a Hospice agency. The reviews online are so concerning and make the decision of choosing a Hospice agency challenging. I hope my experience is helpful to others that are in the difficult position of have to make a critical decision of which Hospice to choose during a very emotional period.

For the amount of money that is spent here, it should be staffed with more help. 2 helpers every 8 hours. That is not enough to help all of the residence. If you need pain medicine and there is no med tech in the house, you have to wait for pain meds. The workers were delightful but it was obvious they were understaffed. I visited my dad every day for a few hours. Save yourself the money and go elsewhere.

Found him sitting in his office looking at his phone. Unfortunately, I'm here because of a work comp accident with my foot, so I have to endure this shit hole. Avoid at all cost. I don't recommend his office at all.
