Villa Maria was available, but had a rather low rating on yelp. I would like to Emphatically say that this is a wonderful facility. All of the staff have been available, knowledgeable, and willing to listen to me as I explained how to best serve my mother. I did not get lip service, I did not get rolled eyes. And when I showed up unannounced, my mother was being cared for very well. They did a great job identifying her needs and providing all of the appropriate specialists. There is a fact of it being understaffed as well they sit on the cellphones! I have seen aid drop off food and leave it there and by the time they came back .. the jello was all over this lady who was very weak. For the expense paid .. it just not worth it. We took in food so our family member would be able to eat. Ensure drinks etc. All to find out that after our family member passed away They return most of the food and drinks There was missing property and the list goes on! I'm appalled at this kind of place. Thank you .
