I take my truck very seriously as I use it to travel much of Canada and the US for a hobby throughout the winter almost every weekend, and need it to be in good shape. This is an honest establishment that I know I can trust to do well with my vehicle. On any given day when we've gone in for service, the staff is friendly and services is timely considering whatever the line up may be. They've always been fair and honest with what we need to get complete versus what might be a good idea but not necessarily an immediate concern. We always seem to get the same group of staff and they're quick to remember what we need and get us in and out. The staff, management, and ownership of this Jiffy Lube understands and appreciates their local and returning customers in such a small community. If we've ever had a problem it was addressed it right away and the staff went above and beyond expectations to ease our concerns. Management and ownership specifically take time to hear your complaints and personally care about managing the problem. In our conversations we've felt genuinely heard and that the steps taken to give us good customer service go above and beyond expectations. They understand the necessity of, and follow through on giving good, fair service to get your repeat business as a local. We will never go anywhere else.

Finally I decided I'm done being ignored and I call my sales guy there to voice my complaint who passes it to the service manager who finally returns my call only to tell me he has no idea what happened with the part he ordered for me almost a year ago but he will order another. At this point im frustrated but i can let it go. So I wait a couple weeks for the call which suprise suprise never comes. I call the manager again who suprinsingly answers and tells me to text a number to set up my appointment because "its easier". So I do just that reply comes back quick with friday but of course being from out of town I need to ensure I have enough time to get there so I try to clarify a time and ask if Im going to be receiving a loaner car since I dont want to sit at the dealership and if it's going to be all day or not to which I don't receive a reply so I try again still no reply. It took me calling and asking for the gm before a nice service worker Named Jordan made sure I was set up and had a loaner ready. Honestly I wish my sales experience outweighed my service experience but unfortunatly the service manager there has no business being a manager and I will never be returning my car to this dealership and in 2 years of driving my brand new car my steering has been messed up for a year and a half. While the team was polite, this situation could have been handled much better. When a mistake like this happens, customers shouldn't have to lose more time to fix it.
