Rosa is very unprofessional. Her customer service sucks, and she's a liar. The day her men came to deliver my two very expensive water fountains, she called saying I owed her a balance, which is true because she put it down on my receipt that I had a balance due of $1,000. While her men were installing she called, she said I owed her $1,300, which is crazy because she wrote on my receipt that I only owed $1,000 left. She told her men, even though they were already at my house, to not deliver the fountains until I paid. Then she yells at her men through the phone, "Who's side are you on? Me or the customer?" which is a terrible thing to say in front of me, the customer. So not only is she trying to score an extra $300, but she's also very rude and unprofessional. read more

I have waited a couple of years before I decided to write this review. We custom ordered this Fiore stone hedge fountain for $3500.00 and was so excited to get it and it is beautiful but it doesn't hold water meaning that I fill it in the morning and later the same day I have to fill it again and this has been going on since we got it. I called and emailed the company and No response whatsoever. I tried to order stuff like lights and water clarifier and no response from them! Terrible well actually No Customer service at all! Very poor craftsmanship and terrible company! Now we are stuck with a very expensive useless fountain that won't hold water. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME!! read more

We hired Fountains Garden Art for a project. This project was intended to provide us with 2 water fountains for our enjoyment. We had no idea what we would get. She communicated with us from start to finish and ensured that our delivery and set up was flawless. She recommended adding lights and by the look of the photos you can see this makes a huge difference. She is sweet, polite and very professional. What was most impressive about her was that she kept us up to date on everything and ensured that we were completely satisfied. She deserves more than 5 stars. These 2 fountains were very heavy (more than 4 thousand pounds). The delivery and instillation team was excellent. There were 5 total men that came with a large forklift. These fountains were placed 6 feet high and required great care. As you can see in the photos, they turned out perfect. I have to say that they were very professional, on time and took a lot of pride in the work that they performed. Also, Gilberto (owner) checked and supervised the entire process every step of the way. You can tell he takes pride in the work and cares about the end product and customers. His experience is very obvious. We happened to be in Rancho Cucamonga for a concert this Saturday. We drove out from Palm Springs. We are also in the market for a garden fountain for our yard. When you need a repair for your fountain they have one guy that only works Saturday and does not reply to any of your messages I did get a hold of him once he said he was busy which is understandable but no estimate time or day he would be available only thing said was send me picture of the fountain and address and never heard from him again. read more

I recommend everyone to look around somewhere else I purchased a 24" bowl $380 to make into a fountain on the 15 of April and told me it will be ready in a week with pump and everything included.. two weeks pass no call I had to call and they told me it was ready no communication at all.. if you ask the young kid that works there he give you different prices .. or doesn't know the price and has to call his dad... when I went to pick it up he told me That the fountain nozzle wasn't included but the day I bought it he told me everything was included... so don't waste your time here not worth it and I ended up finding the same bowl in riverside for 120$ and I paid $380 here over priced stay away pretty much I feel scammed smh read more

My family and I go off roading frequently. One of the places we enjoy is a memorial in the middle of the desert made by a dad for his son who passed away at the age of 11. The place is known as #Angelmountain or #jeremystrail. For the last few years I have been looking for something to add to the memorial. Today we stopped in and saw a few things, but nothing we could carry in a back pack. After a while it was obvious we weren't going to find what we were looking for. Even so, the owner graciously showed us around not expecting a sale and listened as I told him the story of Jeremy and how the mountain came to be. As we were leaving we came across the perfect statue, a dog, with wings, sleeping. My daughter in law and I immediately agreed this statue was perfect! I asked the owner for the price and he smiled and said, please accept it at no cost. Selection and customer service both in one spot! I'm a little disappointed because there is a lock on the gate to the entrance of the grounds. I wanted to browse the grounds here and check out their steel art forms of statues that they have. I'm not able to get very good pictures because of the wrought iron fence that they have around. I will have to come back to this place when they are open so I can see some of their other art forms that they have available. Steel art is some of my favorite kinds of art. I was however able to get some beautiful pictures of the Angels they have in the middle. It may be pictures from the outside looking in, but I still appreciate them. read more

The products are beautiful and the prices are very reasonable. I have been to a few other landscape places, and the design of Gilbert's products are on another level. I purchased a medium sized fountain, 3 pots, and 2 large benches. I would have loved to buy more products, but my truck ran out of space. They also provide a delivery service, but my house is far away so I wanted to spend more on their products. I will definitely come back here if I need more outdoor pieces. The service was also very good. They did not pressure me to buy anything and were very helpful when I had questions. Make sure to call the cell phones on their business cards in case you need to contact them. They can't pick up their landline if they're always on the move in their lot. They loaded everything very securely on my truck for me and I bought 2 more pots on the condition that they can make it fit. They have an older gentleman working there who insists on doing the heavy lifting. He is as strong as a bull. You have to see it to believe it. read more

went to the store looking for a fountain and saw the sign "going out of business (its been like that for 3 years) so anyway they told me every fountain is 50% off so we looked at some and said we would think about it and get back to them. we came back 2 weeks later and we selected a fountain we wanted and the sales person called this Rosa person and she said that one was only 30% off raising the price 720$. she said that that fountain was new except we had taken a picture of it 2 weeks earlier. it's bad business and these people(maybe it was just this Rosa person) are shady and we were pretty disappointed. We ended up going to Thompson's in Fontana and looked at a fountain that i think we're going to buy. their prices are up front with no stupid gimmicks. hope this helps the next buyers that are shopping for outdoor concrete things. read more

We had no plans on going there today since we don't live very close, but just happened to see the dinosaur and other pieces of art while driving by. We thought, that looks fun...lets go there on the way back from where we were heading.
