PRICEY. Came in looking for a specific tile I saw at Lowe's. They had it for twice the price and wasn't available for a few days (the same timeframe as Lowe's). Asked if they could get closer to the Lowe's price or at least meet us somewhere closer to the middle. They tried telling us we'd pay more for Lowe's shipping which wasn't true as it was free for in store pickup in Upland store five minutes away. Rule of thumb always avoid a place that marks up the same pattern tile at twice the price. Bought 200 sqft of tile for $563 including tax and these guys wanted almost 1k for 160 sqft. Always shop small but when a tile company is charging those prices doesn't really leave you any other choice. read more

Recommend not to visit Signature Tile!!! Maribel (owner) ordered my tile ($2000 worth) but ordered the wrong tile. The tile was the complete opposite of what I ordered. Dark to Light. Maribel refused to pick up wrong tile but instead told me I had to bring it back to exchange for correct tile. She told me it was my mistake and that I pointed to the wrong tile. I had to pay my Contractor $150 extra to take the wrong and exchange for correct. End result: I'm out $150 bucks. I had to ask Maribel for a discount and she said she could only discount 5 cent (5 cent!!) Per squ ft. $22.50 which she later refused to pay me. Very rude and unprofessional. Will never go again or recommend anyone else. Thumbs down!!! Terrible Customer Service. Owner has no idea!! Owner's husband not a clue! Leave your husband and children home and focus on your lack of ordering skills. read more

Unless you are doing tiling yourself, I would not buy tile from a big box store. Signature Tile and Stone is provides good products and great service. This family works together beautifully and is very professional and kind. They are good for their word and stand by their work. Yanett Camora handled the sale and estimates of labor costs fairly. We got a competing bid but ultimately went with Signature. Despite some of the unexpected old tile removal issues that included excavating and removing 2 inches of chicken wire and concrete in the first 4 feet of our entry, they honored their labor estimate. Jose Castillo, Alex Castillo, Austin Garcia did excellent of the work. We are very pleased with the tile we picked out, the work they did, the mistakes they corrected in our fire place made by other people, including myself. Our entry and living room looks very modern and beautiful now. I will add more pictures when we are done putting the house back together. read more

Maribel the owner is very rude. Would not recommend going here. The quality of vinyl wood flooring from her was very inconsistent in terms of fitting and color we saw on the samples. Whenever we tried to call her she would never pick up and would say she would call back but would never call back or update us on pick up times or order. While i was waiting for my order to be processed the lady picked up her cell phone to make a dog grooming appt for her dog right when I was standing there. It gets better. My husband went to pick up our order, he walked around the store for 5 minutes, no other customers were there. The 2 ladies who worked there were discussing something and my husband asked if someone could help him. The one younger lady said "can't you see we're busy"?!! Love this place. Maribel is so helpful and offers good design ideas, it really helps to bounce your ideas off of someone who has good experience. You can tell when talking with her that she has seen both good and bad designs. I changed my strategy on one bedroom after discussing plan with her and employed a new strategy for the master shower using 12x24 floor tiles after hearing her idea to use something other than the little 3x3 floor tiles. Selection is pretty good and if you find something you like, their pricing cannot be beat. I've shopped around many flooring shops and have committed the tile flooring part of my remodel job to them.
