To his credit he answered the phone and texts from me every time, was always pleasant and helpful. The furniture and accessories kind of trickled in, but by the end of month 4, I had everything. I little glitch with some missing hardware, but Tony got it out to me. bottom line, I liked the sale, I'm very impressed with the quality and would definitely buy from Summerset again. I'm really at about 4.5 stars due to the time of delivery, but I expected it to some extent. Overall, I'm happy with Tony and Summerset, their high quality furniture, great service and would not hesitate to buy from them again, just do so knowing it may take 3-4 months to get everything in. Prices are really good and not too expensive, which is a plus when everything is increasing. The quality of the goods is also great, and they even have well-known brands like Oxo, which is one of my favorites. The cashier was also extremely nice and friendly. When she did not know the answer, she informed us and later responded within a few hours. This marks our second purchase from the store; previously, we purchased two couches and a protection plan insurance. However, we had a negative experience with the insurance, which has caused us to hesitate before purchasing it again.
