Mathis will not help you or own up to any mistakes made on their own part. They want you to double check their sales team's work and make sure they order the right things. You know, because that's your job as the customer. Save your time and your money and shop anywhere else. I'd rather buy a cheap Amazon piece of furniture, because they'd at least treat us with respect. This place sucks and I'd give 0 stars if I could. Don't ever shop here. People are pushy, rude, and don't care to treat you like a human being.
