No kitchen is perfectly square which can result in odd gaps when installing pre fabricated cabinets. A first design assumed (based on another contractor's judgement) that a wall was not load bearing and could be removed. The entire design had to be reworked when it was discovered during demolition that the wall was indeed load bearing. Alan reworked the design very quickly and kept the cabinet order on schedule even though the design was dramatically different and actually incorporated a small laundry room which we are thrilled about. The design involved wrapping a beverage center around a corner which was executed perfectly. We are looking forward to using our new kitchen.

The kitchen is absolutely gorgeous, and every time someone asks "who did you use?" I promptly provide a recommendation. They are honest, transparent and reliable. The quality of the cabinets is outstanding and their attention to the finishing touches was meticulous. Additionally, I really like that they asked if I would donate my old kitchen cabinets and appliances to Habitat for Humanity. I checked out their reviews and thought, "Okay... these people might actually know what they're doing." We live in Flagler Beach, but we took the quick drive to their Bunnell warehouse. I was immediately impressed with the showroom--clean, organized, and full of options from budget to luxury. Naturally, I made a beeline straight for the luxury section. Gary greeted us warmly and explained how everything worked. I tried several mattresses and finally fell in love with the 17" charcoal king Beautyrest "dupe" in firm. I normally avoid firm mattresses like the plague, but the pillow top on this one had me rethinking my entire personality. Then came the shocker: the price. I spent less than I did 20 years ago, and this time I walked out with an adjustable base. An adjustable base! Who am I? Delivery was quick and painless. I had my new bedding ready to go because this mattress is a deep one--she's tall, she's dramatic, she's a moment. But... at first blush, it felt firmer than the showroom version. After a couple nights and a couple backaches, I stopped by to chat with them. Keith suggested giving it a few more nights, but of course I tested more mattresses while I was there--just in case my back decided to file a complaint. I told myself if things didn't improve, I'd switch to the plush model. Well, my back made the decision for me. I called, and Gary had the plush version delivered and swapped out the very next day. That night? One of the best sleeps I've had in ages. I'm writing this review to share my experience and to say this: if you're in Flagler County, you need to go to BedTop Mattress. Their customer service is unmatched, their prices are unbelievable, and their mattresses are fantastic. Plus, I heard they might be getting furniture soon... and yes, I'm already excited.

Unfortunately, the comfort wasn't anywhere near right. We even had to warranty it out and they sent a mattress cover. My husband always hated the bed. I do not recommend online bed shopping! Come here instead and see Keith and Gary!!! I wish I knew about them then! The owner, Gary goes above and beyond! As does Keith, I had a concern when the bed arrived, fearing fedex delivered the wrong mattress. Keith kindly showed up at my home to verify. Once we determined everything was correct, he helped unwrap the rest of the package. Keith is an amazing person! I highly recommend purchasing from him. He didn't have to come to my home at 6 pm on a Thursday, but he did. He wanted to make sure we got a good nights sleep. We have slept two nights on our copper adjustable split king mattress and couldn't be happier! The brand is South Bay International and they are all made in a facility that does NOT spray chemicals on their beds. This is a huge deal! When our beds arrived I noticed no smells and IM EXTREMELY sensitive. I'm so thankful we came here. I will get a migraine if I come in contact with chemicals, so I'm most thankful. Location-It's off of Hargrove Grade and it's definitely a place where they pass on the cost savings. Avoid the strip mall stores and come here! You will be taken care of! Every purchase has been a good experience. The Perez family have a very nice assortment of trees, and at reasonable prices. My only advice is whenever you are arriving at the nursery, or departing. Please be mindful that there are two sets of Amtrak railroad tracks directly in front of the entrance and you have to be very careful to check both directions prior to crossing. Yesterday when we were leaving, it is by the grace of God that we didn't get smacked by a southbound train traveling at a very fast speed. I have attached two photos I screen grabbed from Google Earth of the driveway leading into the Perez Nursery. It appears to show 2 train crossing signs, one entering and one departing. Also the one photo shows a longer perspective of the train tracks. As you can see, the canopy of trees makes it a bit challenging to see a southbound approaching train that's traveling at such a high rate of speed, before you know it it's right on top of you. Someone was definitely looking out for that day, feeling blessed that nothing terrible happened. The five star rating is for their inventory and service, not the arrival or departure.

We are very pleased with our decision to hire The Volusia County Shed Crafters. From beginning to…read moreend the entire experience was fabulous. To make the most of the space, we requested a lot of customization and Ed worked with us to ensure we got just what we wanted. He was patient, accommodating, flexible and understanding, even when build-day had to be delayed because Lowe's inadvertently delivered the wrong door. The entire team was meticulously attentive to detail, which we very much appreciated. We also appreciated that Ed was onsite for the duration of the build. Call me partial, but I liked the fact that a woman was second in command. The finished product is exactly what I/we wanted: an adorable cottage on the exterior (because since I have to see it every day I want it to be pretty) with a fully functional interior. The goal was to make the most of the space, reserving the floor for heavy/bulky items (lawn mower, generator, air compressor, etc.) with a highly organized interior without the need for free-standing shelves. To accomplish this we chose two lofts instead of one; "workbench" (aka lower shelf) on two walls instead of one, stopping it short to provide room for our bicycles; and U-shape upper shelving on three walls. As a result, not only is there room for everything, there is also room to grow. Full disclosure: we provided the door and windows and Ed adjusted the price of materials accordingly. The French doors and double hung windows were a major splurge but are worth every penny. The 5' French door had to be ordered because that size isn't stocked locally. The quality of the lower priced brand sold by Lowe's was disappointing, whereas the brand sold by Home Depot is a much higher quality with a corresponding price tag, but again, worth it. Because of their size, the double hung windows had to be custom ordered / custom built, which took about a month.
