I ordered a couch that I Ickes the material. They said it will be six to eight weeks. I called and the couch is sitting in Denver and no one can ftell me when it will be delivered. They said thee truck will be leaving for Daytona around 10 days to two weeks. i asked to speak to the manager, but 2 1/2 hours later I didn't receive a return call. I called Denver. They have no clue when it's gonna be coming to Daytona. that is now 10 weeks. The store manager blasted me and said the paperwork Said approximately 6 to 8 weeks. Customer service is a joke. Stopped in Furniture Row while shopping for (2) new recliners, we were greeted by Eric after entering the living room section of this giant showroom. After discussing what we were looking for he put us in the right location and after explaining to him the few important features we were looking for and that we would like to browse the showroom without assistance he gladly honored our request and let us know where he would be if we had any questions. As with any furniture selection color is important but we knew we would have to be open minded being we weren't looking to replace all our living room furnishings. Our existing recliners have served us well and although they operate 100% manually - prior to starting our search we knew there would likely be options available that may not have been available a decade ago. Timing is everything and since the Fourth of July holiday is approaching we knew it was likely that every retail furniture store worth shopping would be having their annual holiday sale and we found that to be the case here. After doing some due diligence we had identified what was important to us - definitely real leather, powered verse a manual operation in regards to the leg rest, the head rest and lumbar support any additional options we would deal with through discovery. This store has an impressive number of recliners on the floor in all types of materials with a plethora of options. After an hour of so of testing, reclining, adjusting almost everything short of taking a nap, we decided we needed to go thank Eric for his time get his business card and move on to explore other options. Furniture is subpart quality. Only place that doesn't offer extended warranty on furniture. I know why. I tried to order a couch over the phone and was told to call back even though it was 5 minutes before close. I texted with associate Nick about mine feelings about the couch and never heard back so I take that as a severe lack of customer service. I do not recommend their furniture. read more

I was told the Furniture was made in Colorado and would arrive between December 15th and 20th. It was made in Vietnam and arrived February 20th, 2 months late. It cost me $600 to pick it up and bring to Key West. When I opened the boxes, 1 sectional was wired wrong, had a frozen button and did not work. The Recliner chair only the leg extension worked, the head extension buttons did nothing. It was also missing the pigtail which ties the electric motors together. I called and was told it would be a few days before someone would call back. I called again 2 days later and again was told someone will get back. I called a 3rd time and finally a tech returned the call. I was told we do not service that far and need to bring them back, drop them off to see if they could be repaired and them to return and pick them up again. I sent video and asked why they were not tested prior to being picked up. He replied we do not do that. You figure someone at the factory would have at least checked it once. Management refused to get on the phone and has not returned a call. Big mistake buying from this company. read more

I found what we wanted online but wanted to try it out first and the Daytona store had Flexsteel loveseats. Immediately entering the store, we were pleased with the large selection of furniture. Within a respectable amount of time, Robert approached us and listened to what WE wanted. He actually listened! He didn't push us nor did he pressure us and he went right to the loveseat in question. He even encouraged us to try it out telling us to take our time ... then gave us space to do just that. Ok - and how long before it was delivered? None of the sale promised was honored at the time of purchase. The sales representative said the more pieces of furniture you buy the more discount you receive, wasn't true Also,the delivery charge, again, the sales representative said that you only get charged one delivery charge from one department, that wasn't the case, we had to pay two delivery charges for two department Most of their furniture isn't available for several weeks. 05/10/21 Current Date 04/25/21 Purchase Date Employee - Store Manager Robert Purchased a mattress, couch, end table, and coffee table at Daytona Beach location. When purchasing a delivery date was requested by the manager Robert. We said 05/05/21. His response was "that's perfect we can do that because we have them in stock." 05/04/21 I had received a call for the mattress stating it was ready for pickup but nothing for the couch. Robert had given me his business card, I proceeded to call him on his cell phone. He answers the phone and had no memory of who I was and what I purchased, also stated that he would never tell us a delivery date when it clearly states delivery date 05/05/21 on the invoice. He calls us back in the morning saying "that there was a glitch in the system... that he apologizes and it will be delivered Monday 05/10/21." Here we are Monday and I had to call again to see what time the couch would be delivered and Robert again states "sorry there must have been another miscommunication that we have to push your delivery back until Tuesday." The whole process was stars and rainbows as we were being sold on these items, but once Robert made his sale and got his money we have been dealing with hurdle after hurdle. We just tried this store for the first time. A young man (who we later learned is the manager) greeted us and asked us what we were looking for. We told him that we wanted a king mattress only, no box spring. He told us that would void the warranty, and that all the mattress companies followed that same policy. I mentioned that I was 72 and had never had a mattress warranty claim. He began walking away and said, "There's the door" as he pointed towards the door we had entered. If I could do negative stars I would. On Memorial Day weekend, I went into Oak Express to purchase a simple bunk bed set, twin mattress, dresser and a mirror. It is July 17th and my daughter's dresser and mirror will be delivered today ( an hour later than the 8:00-10:30 window). Last week They delivered my daughter's bed but did not bring the twin mattress or the extender for the bed. I was told that I would not be charged for delivery or assembling-um ya think? My daughter has not been able to sleep in her room. This company is horribly unorganized and unreliable in every sense of the word. We had a great experience at furniture row. They had a massive inventory to browse and we found exactly what we wanted. A table and 4 chairs - and they were in stock. There was however a mixup on the box of two chairs we found when we got home (30 mins away) and called the store. I assumed I'd have to go back to pickup the correct pair. Horrible. I understand that due to Covid things are on back order, however, when a sales person tells you it will be 2 weeks for your stuff to be in and delivered and it takes 2 months is ridiculous. Especially when I'm the one calling every other day to see where my furniture is and to than find out that half of my order has just been sitting in there back room for 3 weeks and my other half still isn't in yet. There aren't clear on how their delivery is done and even the men delivering the furniture is rude. You pay this money for delivery and would expect to be told at time of purchase that it isn't going to be set up for you. So now you have huge boxes sitting around as then men just leave and don't say a single thing to you. At the point you don't even know if it's the right furniture that was delivered because you can't see it. Than when you call to question the delivery they tell you, "sorry you don't understand what I told you." Yet, they never did tell you! Overall, very rude. If I could I would have never ordered from them and will be sure to never order from them again. read more

It's a large building housing four different stores inside. A store selling nothing but living room and office furniture, a store selling bedroom sets, a store selling oak furniture, and a store selling just mattresses. They're all seperate, but you're able to walk through from store to store through a center walkway. We were approached upon entering by a saleslady who introduced herself, then let us shop. No pressure. No sales pitch. We looked through all the bedroom sets and found one we liked a lot. So we decided to check out the mattresses. We found a few different mattresses we liked, and a saleslady approached us inside that store. She asked us a few different questions about how we slept, gave us some information on the different mattresses, and then gave us a comfort test to help us select the right mattress and pillow. Never pressured us to buy expensive or something we didn't want. We picked out a mattress we both liked, and purchased the mattress first. We then explained we were going back to buy the bedroom set. We saved 10% off the low-priced mattress, then got a $100 coupon to buy our bedroom set. SCORE! Our mattress saleslady walked us over to the bedroom set saleslady and let her know what we were looking for, talked about the savings, and we purchased our bedroom set right then and there. Got a great deal on delivery, along with a great price on the bedroom set. This place rules if you're looking for furniture. Great selection, great prices, awesome sales staff. We purchased a lot of furniture from them when we moved to Palm Coast. All I can say is buyer beware! Cushions in our couch have flatted out so bad there are wrinkles everywhere. After many phone calls and trips to the store they have agreed to replace the stuffing. I will believe it when it gets done, and I will update my post accordingly. One more issue is our coffee has developed cracks in the top. And we have a bad place where a Glass was put down without a coaster. I was putting together a whole new living room theme and it took me hours so I needed some serious thinking space. When I had questions about the furniture or delivery time they knew answers. After I got everything ordered- the delivery date was going to be 5 days after we moved into our new house (old furniture was already sold and gone). He put notes to move up the delivery date to X date if possible and sure enough, I got a phone call two days later saying they could deliver the same day as our move in!! PERFECT! I bought a bedroom set, pretty expensive set mind you, and the quality is just crap. The chest has rarely been used and I went to open it yesterday and the drawers wont shut because the 1/4in screws they used simply did not hold the wood to the railing, not to mention there is not consistency with where the screws were placed. Also, 3 months after having the bed from said set, it broke. My wife and I were laying in bed with our infant watching a movie and the mattress and box spring fell to the floor. My son was maybe 20lbs at the time, while my wife weighs in at 100 and I'm at 170 myself. I would rather build my own furniture from now on, so that I know its built right, or buy from walmart or ikea where I can at least save money on a piece of shit, headache inducing piece of furniture. Service is awful. Having confirmed on the phone prior to coming to the store that they can price match with another online deal at Coleman's Furniture we found, the store manager refused to do that. In fact, he had the audacity to call in front of us to Coleman's and pretend that he was going to purchase the item to find out about the free delivery that was offered. However, even after he was able to confirm what he had already seen online, he refused to honor any of the deal - the price or the free shipping. The online offer at Coleman's actually ended up being $223 less expensive than at the Furniture Row and we are now glad he did not offer us any price match. We definitely are not stepping our foot in that store again. When we came in, the employees remained at their computer stations chit chatting and pretending we did not exist until we made a direct inquiry. All of them were very young, were dressed sloppy and acted immature and unprofessional. Actually, one of them (Jay Hartman) even misrepresented to us he was a store manager when he was not. We went through many furniture stores in Daytona Beach, and this was the only store that was dead on the weekend. Now, it makes perfect sense why. read more
