How can I tell you how much I love my kitchen and first floor LVP?  The Zion team unbelievably made the process zip by and the only delays were with the countertop and cabinet paint. Everybody said it would take 8-10 weeks and that I was dreaming to think it could be done in a month, but they came through with flying colors.  Not only were things done in a timely manner (demo and floors in 4 days?!?!), but everybody did excellent work and seemed to take pride in the quality with which they completed each task. The project manager, Roman was good-natured and patient and had a totally can-do-easy-peasy attitude that really put my Type A at ease. He managed the tasks and seemed to be able to juggle 352 tasks at the same time and still get everything done - and done right. And talk about customer service! Not only were the office staff super responsive, when we had that flood from the old under-sink plumbing, Gherman and Derek were here at 7:00am to fix it - or die trying!   We have so much faith in this company, we'd like them to tackle our out-dated weirdly designed upstairs bathroom. Even though that's down the line, I can't imagine anyone but Zion to do the job. I appreciate the renovation of my kitchen and floors, but also the renewal of energy and joy they've given to our lives.

I found Topnotch on Yelp and was impressed with their very fair price and quick turnaround-- $2,000 and two weeks instead of $7,000 and two months. They did a great job too. So when I needed a more extensive remodel, rehiring Topnotch was a no-brainer. The project entailed all new flooring (wood floors throughout the upper level, bathroom tiles and new carpeting on the lower level), removal of custom shelving throughout, a complete interior repainting from very dark colors to white, electrical work, exterior siding replacement and related repairs, exterior door replacement and repair, junk removal, electrical work, exterior power washing and interior cleaning, and various other tasks. Dmytro was always available to help solve problems and generously helped me select materials. As the scope changed along the way, he was always reasonable with additional charges and actually did a large amount of work without charging anything. The house looked GREAT when he was done, and Dmytro was always available when I had questions about the completed work or if anything needed touch-up or adjustment. He also helped me with miscellaneous work that we needed to do as part of the home sale. Dmytro has his own crew and also a team of fellow professionals with whom he has an excellent relationship. Together I am confident they can handle jobs of any scope. I feel so lucky to have found Dmytro during what was a challenging period with my sick dad and a house that needed a total makeover.
