From the very start these guys were the best. Getting a quote was quick and easy - they came out to the house the same day I called. On the day of the removal - they showed up on time with a crane, a semi-truck, and loads of equipment and workers. It was all business - they knew what they were doing - it took under 3 hours to complete the job - lifting sections of this huge ash tree over the yard and into the street to cut up and haul away. Everything was professional and expertly done - I would definitely hire them again and would recommend them to anyone who needs tree work.

The first was a ginormous River Birch that was within 6 inches of my house (sagging over time). Not a job for the DIYer. MET brought an army and the right equipment and made that beast a memory in about 5 hours. In addition, they pruned branches from 4 of my other trees. The arborist did in minutes what would have taken me days. My neighbor got some firewood out of the deal. The second was a problem Box Elder (multiple trunks near the rear property line corner) that decided to drop a trunk on my shed one day and one in my yard the next. MTE came to the rescue and removed that beast one and all in quick order. My neighbors can now sleep in peace. They also took out a tree in my front yard that had been quiet quitting for awhile. We had the leak itself fixed by Tonka Plumbing, and requested an estimate from Loyear for the remediation work. When Gary showed up, he had a mask, booties, everything you'd expect in 2020. He listened to what our issues were, inspected the damage, pulled out his cool infrared gadget, and gave us his estimate. The surprise came when he then told us that - as much as no business likes to turn down business - our issue was one we could probably handle ourselves. Instead of simply taking our money, he suggested that we give it a go, and call him back if the issue turned out to be larger than we were comfortable handling on our own. So there you have it. 5-star review for a company I never actually hired -specifically because of an estimator's honesty and frankness. It seemed very overwhelming the amount of damage that was left in its wake, but Schaun walked us through every step of the way. From dealing with the insurance company to mitigation and finally rebuilding the ceiling, floors, walls and everything else that needed to be replaced, Schaun and his team were on top of it every step of the way. The whole damage (which trust me was a lot) took eight or nine weeks total to rehab and most of that time was spent waiting for the insurance company to approve the claim. Even before the claim went through, Allied was at our house with air scrubbers, giant fans, and dehumidifiers to prevent any mold buildup that may have taken place since the leak. They were also on top of the insurance company to get our claim approved, and once it finally was, his crew was here the next day to get started on the work and continued to be here each day until the job was done. Schaun was very professional and courteous and his crew did a great job getting our house back in order. I would recommend them to others and use Allied Property Services again if anything like this ever happened again.

When I saw the work, there were entire walls and other areas left unpainted, and paint splatters all over the wood work, bathroom vanities, ceiling and floors--overall a sloppy and incomplete paint job. Instead of coming back to finish the job, John threatened to put a mechanic's lien on the property for non payment. I've communicated that I'm happy to pay the remainder of the balance once the work is complete and he is refusing. You're asking for trouble if you go with this guy.
