Take your water damaged phone to CPR Meridian. When ForgeCorners tries to run your card beforehand, walk out! They kept my phone for days, took my money and did nothing. I took it to cpr Meridian, and they fixed my phone in 2 hours charging me half what Forge Corners did. The CPR tech said, my phone was dirty, no corrosion had been cleaned, and nothing had been touched. Hence it only took a short time to fix, ie clean up the corrosion from the water damage. Awful business. Took my computer for a week, charged me $350 for a part, and didn't make any progress over that time. I was constantly the one having to check in to see if they were making progress because they don't communicate whatsoever and also are incredibly incompetent. Don't waste your time or money on these clowns. I ended up having to take a broken PC after spending $150 on "service fees" along with the $350 for the part just because I didn't want to deal with them anymore. They're a joke and a scam. UPDATE: Go to LifeLine Repair in Boise. They solved all my problems within 24 hours. They were fantastic. The cleaning 4 corners pretended they were doing was going to take "at least a week" and LifeLine Repair did it within 3 hours. Very friendly and easy to work with! My all-in-one computer stopped turning on. It was an older computer. The motherboard's power supply was fried, unfixable in any computer shop. They were able to transfer my old hard drives data onto a laptop I brought in, transferred the settings and passwords. Essentially my old computers desktop and settings were now on my new laptop. I went into this place on two separate occasions and both time had an awful experience. The first time i went in there looking to buy a netbook. They had year old used netbooks priced at over $350. What a ripoff! That same day I went to radioshack afterwards and bought a brand new up to date netbook for $200. My second trip inside was when I tried to sell my year old Macbook Pro. They cost $1300 brand new, so I was hoping to get around 800 for it. Once again the owner tried to rip me off and even low balled me trying to buy it for $300. Meanwhile he has used macbooks in the store selling for almost retail price. Don't buy ANYTHING from this place and don't give them your business. My laptop locked up on a Thursday , I took it in around 6pm and they had it ready late Friday morning, and the price was reasonable.. So far so good. I was working Saturday to get caught up when it crashed again Saturday evening. Not realizing they were open on Sunday I took it in "first thing" (10 AM, when they open) on Monday. Didn't hear anything, tried calling several times, no one answered the phone, no voicemail available. I finally tried texting and Monday evening was told they hadn't even looked at it yet. On Tuesday I called and was told it would be probably around noon. I called at noon, and was told 2pm. I went there at 2 pm because I was anxious to get it back and was told it wouldn't be ready until 5. I had explained via text and in person that as a gig worker I was losing a lot of money I can't afford to lose, and also had to get my invoice in Tuesday evening or I wouldn't get paid until the end of the month and would miss several bills. As it is, my check is going to be $400-500 less than usual. To my mind, good customer service would have been doing the repair on Monday since it didn't last the first time. I also asked the man working on Tuesday to PLEASE PLEASE call me as soon as it was ready. Didn't hear a thing back. To give him the benefit of the doubt, I waited until about 5:15, then showed up, to be told it had been ready for awhile but he forgot to call me. Fortunately I did get my invoice in at the last minute, and they do guarantee the work so I didn't have to pay anymore or this rating would likely have been a 2 read more

I have been going to Four Corners for over 5 years now and have always received honest service. That is something hard to come by anymore. They have been fair with me every time. I sold them a used Toshiba notebook and he explained that they would need to go through it and clean it up and then resell it at a small profit to be worthwhile. He showed me what it was worth and offered me $50 more. I then purchased a new laptop at a good discount and had questions about it. I don't really know the situation but it bums me out. I found the best guy for the job here about 9 months ago. He did work magic that two other highly recommended stores could not. He was a legend. I go back in earlier this week for a new probably and my wife's phone needed the exact magic he did on my phone (we have the same phone). I asked for the guy and the lady said he wasn't working there anymore. I was shocked. I had a bad feeling about my issues now. I told the lady my problem and asked if she could help me out or anyone at the store could and she replied "nope. Sorry. Ya, ummm no one can actually do that. It's impossible." I just grabbed my phone, said thank you and walked out. That crazy no one can do that because it's impossible. Only because I got it done there. Took our broken laptop there for repair. They weren't able to repair it but were very honest and up front about pricing. It was just too damaged, and I felt like they really did go out of their way to fix it for the flat fee you agree to upfront. We would have bought our replacement here, but the computers there were far out of our price range! Overall, I would recommend for repair, but maybe not for purchasing your next one, although perhaps it depends on what you are looking for. read more

I found this place off of Angies List, they were rated high there to.I've been in four corners 5 different times in the last two years and have had a good experience every time. honest, up front and reasonable. Some of there laptops are a little high for being used, doesn't mean you have to buy one. But than again I think you'd get better service there than Radio Shack or Best Buy. read more

I have been using Four Corners for a few years now (at least three), and I have always been treated well. I just brought in my old iMac for repairs and upgrades, unfortunately after giving it a good effort, the iMac was not fixable. Steve credited me the money charged for the parts installed and part of the labor. I purchased a refurbished Mac through Four Corners with the memory upgrade etc. installed and was very pleased. I felt they went the extra mile for me, and I would recommend the store to anyone asking. The staff is very friendly and willing to take the time to explain what the computer needs and what it will cost.
