I wouldn't recommend taking your dog here. Yes, they provide mini kiddie pools but they have your dog stay outside in 90 degree plus heat all day. I boarded my dog at the NH location for 5 days. He is a 4 year old lab. He came out and he wasn't himself. I thought he was just tired until I noticed his paws were blood red. I realized he must have been so active on the turf that it caused such painful abrasions on his paw pads he could barely walk. I need to now take him to the vet for some help. I also noticed that he now has an ear infection and his gums are bleeding. I asked for him to be groomed the day I picked him up but the grooming was subpar. I feel like an awful dog mom taking him to a place that barely noticed him limping. My little boy is hurt from this place! read more

My pup Winni and I cannot say enough good things about Four Paws Inn, Meredith. The staff are pet focused. They take independent approach to each dog, meaning if my pup loves her belly rubbed she gets her belly rubbed. But if she loves to be just left alone, she is left alone. Having two separate areas for the dogs, big and small size, helps too so that pups stay in their weight class. The fenced in outdoor play areas are great and on the icky days, they have inside areas as well ready for all the Mother Nature's antics. Winni loved going to Four Paws, and each time came home and crashed from all the fun. Four Paws was also very accommodating with a Pup Bus when I could not get her to daycare or home. And the extra services of grooming, Winni loved her spa days. Highly recommend! read more

Our dog Harper had a great time at the Four Paws Inn daycare! She loved the pool and the hose on a hot day and came home happy and tired. It was easy and flexible to schedule daycare while we were on vacation in NH for the week of 4th of July and look forward to coming back next year! read more

We are relatively new to full Time living in the lakes region. We have a new puppy, Daisey. It was important For us to make sure she was properly "socialized" and good play time (she's a British cream. Golden). I took a chance when I found Four Paws Inn and all I can say is we hit the jackpot. Daisey loves her days at Four Paws. She actually cries when we pull out of parking lot at pickup. She comes home tired and sleeps with a little smile on her face. The staff is amazing. They are so kind and simply lovely people. What they report to happen at daycare and what is actually happening or two different things. The staff themselves are wonderful, but communication from ownership and management is very alarming. At first, they were very accommodating with our new puppy, but after six months of him being there, and being told everything was going well and that he was doing great, I got an unexpected email saying that my dog wasn't the right fit for their environment and gave me three days notice saying they could no longer care for him there but for an additional fee, they could transport him to their other location. The owner told me she did not know the details of the reasons, and to speak with a manager when I picked him up. This was definitely not the first email I got where their staff communication was very different from what I received from the owner. This was also concerning because when I picked up my dog the same day I got the email, the staff were saying how much they loved him and how great he was doing in their facility. When I spoke to the manager on my dog's last day, they said that his puppy behaviors weren't the right fit for their environment, which sounded crazy to me. I was told that he is a great dog and very smart, but gets overstimulated in their environment, and how he needed to be separated when he became overwhelmed and would bark. Again, this was the first I was hearing that they were isolating my dog and not telling me. And being told everything was fine the entire time. I had consistently sent him for two days a week minimum for daycare, and are overnight on the weekends while I work. This left me with no time to plan ahead and had to change my work schedule so that he was not in a kennel for long periods of time. This was a very negative experience and the lack of communication and transparency is alarming. read more

We had a wonderful experience with Four Paws Inn- thank you all so much! We found out last-minute this past Friday that we needed doggy daycare for our two dogs on Sunday, but I got a quick reply back from Daria after I emailed late afternoon Friday saying they had availability and was able to sign them up very easily through their online portal. Really appreciated they were so conscientious about getting up-to-date vaccines to keep all the dogs healthy. When we arrived on Sunday, the staff couldn't have been nicer, they introduced our dogs slowly to the rest of the group, and we got an email with photos halfway through the day letting us know that our dogs were happy and settling in well. Our dogs clearly had the best time and slept the entire car ride home; we'll definitely bring them back next time we're in the area! Beau and Dudley had the most amazing time at Four Paws Inn! The staff was attentive, provided updates via email and the dogs were exhausted when we picked them up! I use four paws when I go visit my parents. They have been very accommodating for last minute requests for daycare. My puppy gets so excited when I pull in and is exhausted when she gets home (a tired pup is a happy pup). The facility is very clean and the dogs can run around and play. They also have play pools during the summer! I will definitely use them for boarding when needed and daycare! The staff is very friendly and I know they are good to my pup! read more

My pup have been to many daycares over the years, but this one is by far the best around. It's a no frills day care where your dog will be treated as a dog. I want my dog to play with other dogs outside all day. I don't want him napping from 12-2 which has been standard wherever I had been in the past. I want him to play and be tired when he gets home....and he is. I have complete confidence when he needs to stay overnight. He's not in a crate (there are no crates), but more of a suite in a climate controlled barn on the property. The barn has baby monitors and there is ALWAYS someone on sight. One important thing to note about this place is they are very stringent with vaccinations. It is the only place that has ever asked yearly for vac proof. All other previous daycares have asked for proof of vaccinations initially, but never asked for it yearly. Those are the ones that constantly were notifying clients of kennel cough. Also it's 1 price which I like. I never liked 'punch cards', 'buy 10 get 1 free', or 'buy 10 at a reduced price'. And finally the staff: There are plenty of them watching and playing with your dog, all are very nice and knowledgeable. Finally the owners are the best. I drive 45 mins 2-3 times a week and it is so worth it for my little guy. My little guy and I LOVE this place and so will you. read more
