She was told they. had no appointments. I have been with this vet for over 25 years. I was appalled at that reply. Dr North and Dr.Keenan. were the most caring and loving doctors. They apparently have both retired (as they deserved) and the clinic has been bought out. To say the least I was shocked at the care for my 15 year old pup I received from a hospital I used for many of my pets. I have now changed vets to one that is a bit farther away but better.

It had been 6 weeks and about 3000 miles since her last groom, and we were able to book an appointment for while were were staying in Bristol. Working from a single picture, Lisa did a spectacular job, including raising Eliza's topknot "eyeline" so we could see more of her face. It was obvious that Eliza enjoyed her time there. Lisa is super friendly, and super good at what she does. And you can't beat the price. Recommended!
