I just picked her up from the 2nd visit and she looks...awful. They cut her face into a freaking square! She could double as Spongebob Squarepants, but she's now Spongebob SquareFace! No gradation, no styling according to her facial features and shape. Just blunt shaving that needs repair. And they charged $70 for this, WITHOUT A BATH/BLOWOUT. She was bathed before taking her in. I'm sorry, but I feel scammed. I know I'm not in the popular opinion here, but there needs to be a balance of experiences to reflect the total picture. The sweet woman (who I think is the owner) kept giving us free things because my dog clearly wanted them. She could not have been kinder. We were checking out and my pup grabbed a tennis ball and she said "take it". You can tell she honestly loves animals and loves what she does. There was a delay with my cat food order online, so I thought I would check out this new place. They not only carried the brand of food I was looking for (which is also hard to find in stores) but had other interesting varieties as well. On top of getting my cat food, I found several other goodies as well. Very friendly service as well. I was very pleased and happy I went to check them out. They put it under "mediations" still concerned they gave my animals medications without my consent but they claim it's the food we brought in that's being charged under that. Owner tried to say we were making threats to her when I told her if my girlfriend goes to the hospital for her heart after this she would be contacted by a lawyer.
