The most reasonable pricing was provided by Legion Property Inspections. I discussed the job with their inspector Jesse and found him to be very knowledgeable and thorough in his description of their services. I usually do not take the lowest bid on a project but was impressed by Jesse's knowledge and followup and set a date for the inspection. Jesse arrived 10 minutes early and thoroughly reviewed the inspection process. We then took a tour of our home and he pointed out the areas that would be most prone to mold and stated that he would place primary focus on those areas. The inspection included sending air samples out for a full report, and at the conclusion, Jesse explained the areas that need the most attention regardless of whether mold exists. We have not received the final report as yet, but I was extremely pleased with Jesse and Legion Property Inspectors and would highly recommend them for anyone needing a reasonable and knowledgeable home inspection.
