Lovely rooms with patios (not big night to sit on but could stand on it). Shower had dual heads, but no door so made for cold showers with barely Luke warm water. The room door itself wouldn't shut all the way on its own ended up having to pull on it aggressively to shut it. The bed was comfortable. Loved that there was a tv in the bedroom and living area. The doors within the room were a mix between sliding doors and regular doors. The room has a door to the living room and one to the bathroom. The living room also had a door to the bathroom. Ironing board (small one) and iron provided in the decent sized closet. Room also includes microwave and fridge. Parking is already included in your nightly rate, they have parking right out front of lobby as well as non secured underground parking. Elevator available to take you from parking garage to either lobby or hotel floors. Restaurant is on site but closes at 9PM. In the lobby theirs fruit infused water, what appeared to be soda, hot water and coffee available 24/7. Great experience with check in staff.

I had reservations for a suite August 3rd-4th, check in was 3pm . My birthday was August 3rd, First the Ladies at the front desk had a nasty attitude towards me and my husband. We checked in at 3:17pm , They proceeded to tell us that our reservation was not ready and wouldn't be ready for 15 minutes then the lady said half an hr. They did not wish me a happy birthday, After coming 30 mins went by and My husband and I came to check on our room they tried to move us to a different room which was not a suite, We were not being racially profiled. My husband let them know we had reservation for a suite without a bathtub and that's what we should be getting after another 20 mins they finally found us a suite without a bathtub. After they checked my Id a second time they still didn't wish me a happy birthday and slammed my Id on the counter and asked for our payment in a very disrespectful tone and then because our card was locked the lady did a light laugh thinking we were broke and all we had to do is unlock our card then had an attitude when the payment went through and aggressively handed my husband our rooms keys. They did not offer us a happy or comfortable stay and DID NOT TREAT US THE SAME THEY TREATED THE OTHER GUEST BEFORE US OR AFTER US. Our entire stay they gave us nasty attitude like they didn't want to help us get more towels for our room and they didn't want us to be there to enjoy my birthday trip. This is absolutely unacceptable treatment towards anyone but to experience this on my birthday was truly heartbreaking and disgusting behavior. Overall the Suite was absolutely Beautiful but it does not make that treatment ok period.

    Is this hotel dog friendly?

I saw a service dog in there, but I don't know the overall dog's policy.

This is a fairly large bar and restaurant with indoor, outdoor, and even event space. It's very deceiving from their modest front door entrance. We chose to sit at a high top table upstairs. Colton was our server. He greeted us at the top of the stairs and welcomed us in. We ordered local IPA beers on tap from a decent selection of beers. We also ordered their Fiesty Tots to share. Crispy tots with pico, grilled jalapeno slices, and bourbon bacon bits. Very tasty! Without prompting, Colton brought us a sample of their potato soup. It tasted amazing. So much so, my buddy and I each ordered a pint to take with us. Super nice touch. This was my first experience at Bruno's. The outstanding friendly greeting and service (to say nothing of my limited experience with the very tasty food) will bring me back to Bruno's. Lastly, I could smell the intoxicating wafts of flame grilled burgers. I will definitely try this during my next visit and ask for Colton to be my server.

It was closed due to a private party upstairs. The food took some time to serve, but it taste really good. Love my full back ribs and Jalapeño Cheddar Cheese rings! Was not able to take pics because we were hungry lol. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome without being overbearing. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable, making it a great spot to catch up with friends or enjoy a casual meal. They made my birthday extra special with their lemon raspberry cake. Yum! I'll definitely be coming back to try more items on the menu!

Parking can be limited, particularly during busy times, and still is expensive to park overnight. Rooms are spacious and relatively modern. Bathrooms are clean and tidy. Slept great here, bedding and linens are clean and sharp. Staff at the front desk are a mixed group - some are very motivated and enthusiastic, others are a little bit less interested in your stay. The downstairs bar is lively and well staffed. Limited dining options. Pool hot tub is nice and well maintained. Gym is decent. Would stay here again.

Poor Service, Hidden Fees, and a $300 Smoking Fee Charged to Non-Smokers…read more My stay was extremely disappointing and reflects a breakdown in basic service standards and billing practices. During the stay, there were no towels available at the pool, daily room cleaning was not provided, parking transactions included additional service fees, and coffee from the lobby/breakfast area carried a $5 charge. These issues were inconvenient, but the primary concern arose after checkout. After departure, I was charged a $300 smoking fee based solely on an air quality and humidity detector reading. I do not smoke. During the timeframe in question, I was using a small water-based clothing steamer to remove wrinkles from clothing after travel. The charge was not disclosed at checkout, and no physical evidence of smoking was provided. Hotel staff acknowledged that these types of sensors can be triggered by factors unrelated to smoking. Despite this, no independent review or investigation was conducted, and no additional evidence beyond the detector reading was provided. I was directed to dispute the charge through my credit card issuer. I escalated the matter to Hilton corporate customer service, but the case was redirected back to the same property without independent review. The General Manager did not respond to multiple outreach attempts, including email and a request for a callback. After researching, I found similar complaints from other guests regarding smoking fee disputes at this property, raising concerns about how these charges are determined and reviewed, and the reliability of the technology being used. I support non-smoking policies; however, issuing significant charges based solely on a sensor reading without supporting evidence or meaningful review is not acceptable. This experience has significantly impacted my confidence in both this property and the consistency of issue resolution within the Hilton brand. I would still welcome a fair review of this charge and a good-faith effort to resolve the matter appropriately.
