Nice lobby and open seating area off their bar. Backyard has strung lights and live music at times. Rooms were nice and large. But for our experience in room 234, the mini-split AC was broken. Held steady at 78 degrees the entire night. I barely slept. So tired. They ended up giving some points back and complementary simple continental breakfast: eggs, toast, potatos and a drink. Thankful for that but wished they allowed me to pick the items instead. Staff made efforts the next day to make it right. With the costs and point values used for the booking, it was underwhelming. I suspect it's just the expensive area. Compared to other locations nearby and respective price, it is still better. I guess that's why they are so busy. Parking can be fill, so beware.

Stayed here a few weeks ago. I originally scheduled a two night stay, but called ahead of time to…read moreadd a night. They told me they couldn't add a night over the phone and told me to do it online. I attempted to do it online and when we arrived, they said they didn't see my additional night. When I asked if I could add a night now that I was there in person, they said they were booked out and didn't have any availability. I went online and reserved the extra night again and showed them in the front. They were then able to add the night to my stay. I was not only upset that they couldn't add a night over the phone (especially because after the fact, when I was checking in, there was a staff member on the phone setting up a reservation for someone) like all hotels do, but to be told that they were fully booked when in fact they were not, made me feel unwelcome. The staff seemed to not know what they were doing, other than one man in the front, he seemed to be the only one who could answer our questions and get everything sorted out. He also gave us water bottles for free, which we appreciated. There was one night that we returned to our room and the door was propped open like someone had been in there. This was unsettling and we had to check the room to see if everything was still where we had left it, nothing had been placed in the room, and no one was in there that shouldn't have been. Note that if the parking lot up top is full, you'll need to park under the hotel in a parking garage that has signs posted about them not being responsible if your car or items are damaged. This was worrisome especially because the garage gave a sort of eerie vibe. The World Cup games were on and there were people at the bar watching the game. The food selection is slim. The restaurant itself is only open during certain times of the day. There was a man who was walking around our room window with a phone. This was extremely unsettling because I began to wonder if the windows are see through. You can see out of them, through the curtains when in the room, but I'm not sure if that applies to the outside view as well. I felt like my privacy wasn't protected. This was an interesting experience to say the least and I am saddened that our coastal trip had added unnecessary stress because of where we stayed.

This is a fairly large bar and restaurant with indoor, outdoor, and even event space. It's very deceiving from their modest front door entrance. We chose to sit at a high top table upstairs. Colton was our server. He greeted us at the top of the stairs and welcomed us in. We ordered local IPA beers on tap from a decent selection of beers. We also ordered their Fiesty Tots to share. Crispy tots with pico, grilled jalapeno slices, and bourbon bacon bits. Very tasty! Without prompting, Colton brought us a sample of their potato soup. It tasted amazing. So much so, my buddy and I each ordered a pint to take with us. Super nice touch. This was my first experience at Bruno's. The outstanding friendly greeting and service (to say nothing of my limited experience with the very tasty food) will bring me back to Bruno's. Lastly, I could smell the intoxicating wafts of flame grilled burgers. I will definitely try this during my next visit and ask for Colton to be my server.

It was closed due to a private party upstairs. The food took some time to serve, but it taste really good. Love my full back ribs and Jalapeño Cheddar Cheese rings! Was not able to take pics because we were hungry lol. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome without being overbearing. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable, making it a great spot to catch up with friends or enjoy a casual meal. They made my birthday extra special with their lemon raspberry cake. Yum! I'll definitely be coming back to try more items on the menu!

Parking can be limited, particularly during busy times, and still is expensive to park overnight. Rooms are spacious and relatively modern. Bathrooms are clean and tidy. Slept great here, bedding and linens are clean and sharp. Staff at the front desk are a mixed group - some are very motivated and enthusiastic, others are a little bit less interested in your stay. The downstairs bar is lively and well staffed. Limited dining options. Pool hot tub is nice and well maintained. Gym is decent. Would stay here again.

Poor Service, Hidden Fees, and a $300 Smoking Fee Charged to Non-Smokers…read more My stay was extremely disappointing and reflects a breakdown in basic service standards and billing practices. During the stay, there were no towels available at the pool, daily room cleaning was not provided, parking transactions included additional service fees, and coffee from the lobby/breakfast area carried a $5 charge. These issues were inconvenient, but the primary concern arose after checkout. After departure, I was charged a $300 smoking fee based solely on an air quality and humidity detector reading. I do not smoke. During the timeframe in question, I was using a small water-based clothing steamer to remove wrinkles from clothing after travel. The charge was not disclosed at checkout, and no physical evidence of smoking was provided. Hotel staff acknowledged that these types of sensors can be triggered by factors unrelated to smoking. Despite this, no independent review or investigation was conducted, and no additional evidence beyond the detector reading was provided. I was directed to dispute the charge through my credit card issuer. I escalated the matter to Hilton corporate customer service, but the case was redirected back to the same property without independent review. The General Manager did not respond to multiple outreach attempts, including email and a request for a callback. After researching, I found similar complaints from other guests regarding smoking fee disputes at this property, raising concerns about how these charges are determined and reviewed, and the reliability of the technology being used. I support non-smoking policies; however, issuing significant charges based solely on a sensor reading without supporting evidence or meaningful review is not acceptable. This experience has significantly impacted my confidence in both this property and the consistency of issue resolution within the Hilton brand. I would still welcome a fair review of this charge and a good-faith effort to resolve the matter appropriately.
