We've had Four Seasons do weekly cleaning and service on our outdoor pool for the past four years. We live in new Buffalo. They've been great at fixing the wide variety of service issues that seem to arise inevitably with a pool. Our weekly pool cleaner, Tarryl, is always friendly and helpful and we definitely like working with him. Typically our pool problems seem to come up at odd times and usually need to be dealt with right away . The Four Seasons service guys are very competent; which was absolutely not true of our former pool company. I give Four Seasons a two thumbs up! read more

My husband and I have had an above ground pool for 4 years. Always have had a pool company close our pool for the winter. Using cover clips to keep the cover from slipping down into the pool to prevent a leafy, dirty mess and black water in the spring. Just returned from Florida from the entire winter. Because the guys from Four Seasons did NOT use the clips last fall when closing the pool. Even though we told them to, guess what...... our cover is in the pool, with leafy, dirty, disgusting water. The guy we talked to this morning at Four Seasons basically argued with us and said they should not do above ground pools. And we told him he better have a water truck at the company expense and make this right with us!!!!! He said we would have to fill it with our garden hose...... ummm 12,000 gallons??? Right!!!!! We explained we have never had a problem like this by using the clips and not just using the string to secure the winter cover. It was his employees fault. He basically blew us off and it was our problem. We have a granddaughter who has her heart set on having a pool birthday party at our house in June. He then hung up on us!!!!! Not a good way to run a business!!! read more

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! We had them install a simple rectangular pool cover last winter and reinstall it this winter. 5 of the anchors they installed failed and as a result, the cover tore at the adjacent anchor strap locations. We asked that a manager or supervisor come out and inspect the damage. They refused and sent a tech who indicated that he had just been sent out to take pictures. We got a call back from Phil, the owner, who told us that, based on his review of the pictures, the cover failed. When I asked him to come out and walk it down with me, he refused. When I asked him how he knew that the cover failed first, rather than the obvious sequence which was the anchors failing leading to overloading the remaining anchored straps, he simply said that he couldn't say which came first "the chicken or the egg", but that he took no responsibility either way. Complete lack of ownership. Couldn't even be bothered to come out and look at it. read more

A very unprofessional business. Over the course of two weeks, I called them three times to try to schedule an appointment to have my pool closed and each time they said they would call me back to set up a time, but they never did. When I called the third time to explain that I had called two previous time without anyone calling me back, there was no apologize for providing such poor service. So finally I decided to call Gustafson Pools, Inc. instead and they were amazing. They scheduled me during that call, walked me through the three closing options they provide, and explained how everything would work. Gustafson Pools was 1000 times better than Four Seasons. read more

This place is great. I had a spa issue on a Saturday I called them and they had the part in stock. I asked what time they closed they said 2pm well it was 1:30 and I'm out 45mins :( the kid on the phone hears my voice and says " I can stay later if you need me too" I thought to my self really. On a Saturday ? You will wait for me ? Dang what service. This review can go on forever. The long on the story after getting educated by Paul over the phone because he was not even in the store the kid that stayed for me called he because I had a unique issue. I walked out of there buying nothing. Fixing my spa for zero dollars when another company was gonna charged 600 bucks to come see it. Also on another note. Don't buy your chemicals at a big store to save a dollar. Go here for your supplies and learn something for the extra dollar its worth it plus you are in and out. And really Right now who wants to spend a hr in Walmart. read more

Four Seasons Spa and Pool services is a wonderful business! My wife and I purchased a home in the Coloma area 9 years ago and have used their services ever since for our in ground pool. We have had them open and close our pool every year and have been extremely satisfied with the care and professionalism provided. We have even had the old (14 year) liner replaced in our pool when it was in need of replacing and have purchased one of the amazing Holland grills they showcase on their sales floor. Scott Young is a poor representation of this company. I have never been treated so poorly, as if I were the idiot. I understand it's a busy season, but my questions were met with a condenscending attitude. Mr. Young would be best to get off his high horse and recognize that his customers may not always understand a problem, and rudeness and poor customer service as a response is unappreciated. Unfortunately, the lady I spoke with on the phone was also quite rude. I plan on taking my business elsewhere as long as Mr. Young continues to be an employee of this company. read more

We bought a house in St. Joseph in 2016. We never had a pool before, let alone a large, in ground pool. I called Four Seasons and could not be more pleased. We have used them to open and close the pool, but most importantly to me, they are great about answering questions over the phone. They are always very helpful and polite in answering my stupid questions. If they can't help me over the phone, they don't hesitate to send someone out. We have never had a bad experience. read more
