At 11:30 I called to check and was told that I would receive a call by noon with an update. I never received a call and only reached their voice mail for the remainder of the day. At 10:30 the following day I received a call from the office stating that she had an emergency and had to leave at noon the previous day but that the technician was supposed to have called me. She insured me that I would receive a call from her no later than 1:30 that afternoon with a time or she would give me the technicians number so I could stay in contact with him. She never called me back and I am still sitting here with a broken hot tube.

I only stuck with company after two failed initially scheduled appointments to even get an assessment because I had difficulties finding anyone willing to look at a hot tub they had not themselves installed and secondly reviews can go either way based on experience; Hope springs eternal I hear. But not only am I out of $800+ but I still do not have a working hot tub and even though Keith has claimed they are willing to do "more" work if I pay them more money kind of hard to do that if they do not pick up the phone or return voicemails. I would definitely steer clear if you have ANY option to go else where.
