The driver was super courteous and efficient and he had the car loaded and off to the dealership very quickly. That body shop did such a horrible job and was so difficult to work with that I decided to look into trying another shop, which is when I came across Kaczars. Kaczars was able to handle all insurance issues related to work already done and they made it so easy. When I got my car back, I felt like I just got it off the lot. It was absolutely perfect! The lobby is comfortable, clean, and stocked with a large selection of complimentary things like water, soda, k kups, snacks.... They take a very long time to do the work and all of their loner vehicles are out because of it, BUT they are AMAZING. You can't tell that the vehicle was tboned with huge gouges and tears in the metal so it was worth paying for a rental for months. You honestly can't tell it was completely crumpled on one side. They also detailed and washed it after. Wow just wow.
