I told him that I didn't care what the car looked like (as it is getting older) but that I just needed it to be fixed so that it was drivable. He stopped what he was doing, brought out some tools, and fixed it up right as I waited! I was thrilled and extremely grateful that he was willing to help. He didn't charge me for the work that he did at that time but let me know what the parts would cost to fix it "right." The estimate he reported to me was under $100. He was very willing to accommodate my upcoming busy work schedule as well, which is great as I didn't get a rental car. After West's closed, I was worried about where I would go to have my car fixed in these type of situations that arise... I am relieved that there is still a body shop in the area that doesn't just try to rip you off! This is the place to go! :)

Well, they made an offer which was agreed to, only to then need to go to the GM who reduced that figure by $1,000. Obviously, a typical car dealership deceitful tactic. Well, it was disturbing enough that I sent an email to the GM, who is also the owner. Guess what, he didn't even respond. This dealership, despite their rhetoric, is no different than any other dealership.

The lady I spoke to said that they usually (key word) do better than them. I figured, what the heck, they are only an hour away, why not. Now, I was brutally honest about rating my truck, actual mileage, scratches, as well as the accessories. Well, they lowballed me by $3000.00 and made it sound like they were being very generous and magnanimous about the whole deal. I told him he was low and thanked him for his time. He was a bit taken aback about that. Asked me if I wanted his estimate, said I could keep it or even throw it in his face if I wanted to. Okay, I did kinda chuckle over that. Obviously, he has done this before with limited success. As I left, he tried to engage and explain his position, I just smiled and left. The lady I originally spoke to sent me a half-hearted apology email that made me chuckle, too. Update: I sold my truck to Driveway.com for $25,150. Blaise Alexander offered to go as high as $22,000 (after telling me it was only worth $21,000 and change). Even though I was only asking for trade-in value, I was prepared to take $24,000 when I went there. Lucky for me, they low balled me. I guess I owe them a thank you.

Service was requested through AAA…read more On 3/3 I hit a patch of ice in a bridge and went off the road about 50 to 60 yards. Fire department arrived and check everything out and said I might have even been lucky the car maybe driveable. So when requesting for tow service coopers called me to inform me they would be coming out to assist. Took them an hour to get to me. No bigge I had no problem waiting. Tow truck arrived started to squeeze him self in between my ride who came to me because they learned I was in an accident and the police officer. Tow truck driver didn't say a word to me and went straight to he car. Hooked up to my rear tire because that's the ok only way to pull me up towards the road. I did tell him we want to see if it's drivable before being towed to a destination. So he hooked up to my rear passenger tire and had me start my car up and put it in neutral and to turn the tires. Mind u he didn't even look there was a tree branch kind in my tires... when I said something about that he went to it and just perked it out before even looking it over. So he pulls me up close to the road and then unhook from my tire and went to hook up towards the front assumption is to pull the front right to make me be parallel to the road so he can pull me up on the trailer. As he was hooking up the front my dad who was there for me saw him hooking u p to my passenger driving axel. My dad asked why he was doing that and the tow truck driver got very ugly from there. Stating do you do this job no then ok let him do his job... my dad said that he knew what he was doing and that my dad works on cars.. they guy ended up saying that either let him do his job or he would be leaving. And then it really passed my dad off yes my dad dis say some words too telling him he was about to f my car up by pulling the car on the axel and it would have ripped it right out of my car.. the guy ended up packing up and drove off and then as he drover off told my dad to f off and flipped him off.​ I would never recommend this company ever!!!! I hope AAA pulls there contract with you guys because ik that will be a big hurt in your pocket.
