If you plan on booking an arcade party, you're way better off going to Waybacks Arcade. Four Seasons isn't staffed well enough or competent enough to handle the slowest of days. Brought the kids for an afternoon indoors from the heat. Read the reviews but thought "how bad could it really be?" Well, we encountered all the problems that everyone else did...issues with staff, lanes that eat balls, games that suddenly end before they should, etc. In addition, the bathrooms were a disaster and they had large, loud fans running to help keep the place cool. On the plus side, we did get free games as a result of their inability to restart the ones that ended before they should have. And it was $2 Tuesday, so the fun and inconvenience ended up not breaking the bank. read more

Four Seasons held my Granddaughter's 15th Birthday last night. We had invited 10 teenagers but due to Corona only 2 teenagers came. Four Seasons and their workers last night went above and beyond to still make this a Funtime. I can't Thank them enough. We shared with the staff at Four Seasons her cupcakes from Little Cakes On Jackson Ave. to one of the Pizzas we had ordered two Pizzas. I am very grateful to Four Seasons Bowling the staff and Kaleigh's Friends Ariya and Spencer who came to celebrate!! read more

Well. The facility is decent however it's the staff that's the problem. Literally they have a bunch of kids hanging around not doing their jobs. So, when you need something it's like asking your kids to take out the trash. You're giving the typical teenager eye roll then some mumbling then maybe some resolution. During one of my games, 6 "staff" were bowling next to us. They were slamming the balls down on the lane laughing. They wouldn't wait for us, they would just bowl over and over. Did I mention the air conditioning? Probably not, since it's non existent. It was Africa hot in there, I'm pretty sure I saw a zebra walking around. This is my 3rd time here. I've experienced all of this behavior before from the employees but today I decided to leave a review. So, I think it's fair to say it's an honest assessment based on a few visits, not just one experience. Also, they stack people together. How irritating. You have half the lanes open yet they will stick everyone together. $40 bucks for 3 games, you would think they would be more professional. Well it's anything but that. read more

I guess the new ownership as solved most of the problems mentioned in older reviews. We've gone a few times this year after my kids expressed interest in high school bowling teams. Service has been good and drinks & snacks are priced appropriately. Only problems we've had were long waits for lanes to open on rainy winter weekends when the place fills up. read more

I love this place! The bowling was great along with the prices! The game room was kind of small but it's a bowling center not an arcade. The bowling was an enjoyable experience with my family. My only complaint was that we were celebrating a birthday and bought laser tag for each person in our family. The problem was that we had waited for one group to come out but as soon as they did one group jumped in front of us and rushed in before we even got a chance to stand up. We asked how much longer it was going to be before we could play laser tag and they said about 2 1/2 hours before we could even have a turn to play. We immediately left and just took the loss without asking for a refund because everyone was just ready to leave. Other than that time the bowling was great and I will be going back if I continue to not have issues like that day. read more

They don't take care of their lanes. We were on lanes 11 & 12. The approach was sticky. Lane 11 always broke down. Had to go to the desk every time to report it because the intercom didn't work on both lanes. Their bumper bowling is so "ghetto", they use huge foam cushions for bumpers. They had at least 4 people at the desk, and every time I had to go & tell them about lane 11, 2 of them would be at the pool table doing who knows what. Then, lane 11 just shut off after 6 frames. This place totally ducks the big one. read more

It's not byob. No outside food or drink. There is no food or drink allowed around the pit. Also, no seats next to the score keeper table. Otherwise it was pretty normal. I just don't like to endorse the "you must buy our bad selection of overpriced beer if you want to drink and bowl" attitude. read more

I went bowling on a Saturday and it was kind of busy. I had already played a game and I was going to go buy another one. I waited in line for 10 minutes behind a group of people and finally whenever it was my turn in the line I tell the guy that I want to pay for another game. He then tells me that he is going to help another guy because it seems that he has been waiting for longer. The guy had not been waiting longer than me and he wasn't even in the line. It makes me very mad that he would do that. So I decided that my friends and I would just leave because that was honestly so rude, and I will not come back to this bowling alley again. read more

I do not recommend this place to anyone. I visited here with a group of friends while in town. This was our first and last time going here. The ball return was very delayed and we had to beg the owner to let us switch lanes. The new lane worked good for about 15 minutes only for it to begin to soon act up as well. Do not spend your money here go elsewhere. We paid for 3 games only bowled 1.5 games and did not receive a refund. read more
