Came on a Tuesday night to host our of town family. I was my first time here and it was underwhelming. The food was horribly underwhelming for eating at 7:30. We were presented with a young man who had an AirPod in so he didn't hear the addition of a pepperoni pizza which we noticed after he closed us out. Drink machine had ZERO ice which the same server had to do by himself. We had 2 orders of sweet potato fries and they came out cold. When asked to make new ones the they only picked up one plate instead of both so we had to wait even longer. The sides are $6! As for the games unfortunately we didn't have time for bowling, but we enjoyed the arcade. There is a $2 card activation so keep that card to pass on lol. There is a bunch of VR games but I would not put the goggles on. Feels like a sty waiting to happen. I would go back for the daily special days. read more

This place is really cool! We bowled and ate lunch, I had the pizza and Caesar salad which were both delicious! Friendly service. Bowling is great! We didn't do arcade games but they had a tonnn! This would be a great place for kids and families. read more

I took my daughter for her 13th birthday. She enjoyed the different games. The bowling area is really nice! They also have a golf area and laser tag. My husband and I sat at the bar and enjoyed drinks. We decided to eat there as well. We had pizza and wings. The pizza was ok, nothing to write home about. Now the wings, we had 3 flavors. The buffalo and honey bbq were good. Whoever did the Hawaiian ones should be ashamed of themselves!! They were burnt!!! I mean we couldn't even eat them!! Don't go for sports simulators. They don't work. And if they do, the screen is so messed up and has a huge yellow circle. Had a 5:00 reservation and it was almost 6:00 by the time they got one of them to work for us. The bartender was nice, and the food was decent. read more

Seems a little short staffed. We came on a Saturday night for bowling. The screens on each bowling lane allows for you to call for wait staff, however no one came. As a result, we spent more time ordering food at their bar, which cut into our limited bowling time. The arcade portion is pretty fun and has a variety of games. There's even laser tag here. The chicken tenders here are delicious and healthy- not fried. Tasted like blackened seasoning which I love. read more

Didn't seem like there was much organization with the staff. We came to bowl and they told us there was a wait and wrote our name and number on a piece of paper. There was only 3 people in front of us and we watched them sit like 10 groups of people ahead of us. We also had to wait over 30 minutes for one order of mozzarella sticks. While we waited we saw pretty much everyone that ordered walk up to the counter and complain about the wait. Seemed like that was the only way to get food because after complaining staff would go into the kitchen and come out with it in less than a minute. We booked an arcade birthday package for my 4 year old. I'll start with the good. The party host TJ was very accommodating and professional. We had a private room that was clean. Unfortunately that was about it for good. They seemed to be short staff as there was a delay with the food coming out. The package was over $300 but many of the games were not working. The unlimited game cards the kids received didn't work on many of the games. It took the manager on duty extremely long to attempt to fix the arcade cards and it was still a hit and miss. The cards came with play but absolutely no tickets are given for redemption of items in the shop except the birthday kid and that number is limited and low. None of this is explained at booking, before or during the party. The customer service response from the manager in regards to the lack of quality for price was non-existent. They're priced higher than many comparable places like Airborne Extreme or Main Event. I expected a lot more from an Establishment with Free Brees name on it and was just let down. Being my family's first time here, the impression was very poor and I would not recommend. Maybe the arcade isn't the way to go. It's possible their bowling/laser tag is their highlight. read more

This was a nice environment for the kids to cut loose and be free! Working with the mentorship ministry with Bethany Church has been rewarding, but the chef's kiss of it all, is seeing all the kids have a blast in places like Surge. There is wall to wall entertainment. No child was left without something to do. There are arcade games, bowling, laser tag, and indoor mini golf!!! The food was great! The kids never get tired of pizza, but the winner up is hot wings served fresh. I had the gluten free cheese pizza and I was shocked to see it was an actual large pizza! "Never have I seen the righteous forsaken nor his seed begging for bread." The Lord surely did provide for me It was a fun time and the restroom was spotless! I liked the mats at the base of the toilets... it's a nice touch considering those types of floors can get slippery when there is water on them. We've been to Surge Entertainment twice now. We played mini golf which is $8 per adult. Mini golf had fun interactive holes except there were only 14 holes to play and no card to keep track of scores. There is also bowling, a bar/restaurant, and simulation suites. Everything was fun but there are limited arcade games so you can get bored after a while. The games were priced fairly with each one being between $1-$3.
