The big, plush rockers with nice cup holders, the full-wall screen, which in itself is an upgrade from the standard but then you throw in 3D and a 67 channel (I believe) Surround Sound system and your entertainment experience is "out of this world". The people have always been polite. The last Star Trek I saw there, they forgot it was supposed to be 3D. About 10 minutes into the movie I finally went and told the management, they started the movie over for us after changing formats. Sure, if you go to the snack bar expecting to get a coke and hot dog for a buck fifty then you haven't been to many theaters. These people do need to make a profit. Cheese, and they had a blast. She told me there was a big jungle gym and that she was able to get on it with her child. Today, I went, purchased pizza, and bought a game card so my child could play a few games. The main thing I wanted her to do was the jungle gym. Well, I walk up and find out we have to have Chuck E. Cheese socks, so I go to purchase socks for both me and her. Then I come to find out I'm not within the height requirement to get on it with MY 2-year-old?! My child would have never gotten on it without me. I'm not going to have some teenagers she doesn't know watching her while working the jungle gym. Which, by the way, didn't seem like they were doing too much considering they were just standing there talking. Also, it's very silly that my child had to have Chuck E. Cheese socks considering she was already wearing grippy socks. If I would have known all of this beforehand, I would have never brought her in the first place or purchased what I did. I even mentioned when I was paying that I wanted her to be able to do the jungle gym, and I really think your workers should explain things a little better. And to the smart-ass manager y'all have -- you should've had a little sympathy considering it's already hard for a young mom to get out with a 2-year-old and a newborn. The rooms are assigned before you get there, not first come first served. Golf tournament, they did nothing for attendees, as indicated in contracts. Food? Horrible. Rooms? Dirty, one towel for 3 nights (no housekeeping until the 4th day of stay) and an attitude when you try to get towels from the desk. Checkout is at 11, got to my room after closing ceremonies at 1105 to grab bags (I checked in 20 minutes after guaranteed time, mind you) to find the room key was deactivated. Staff couldn't open the door for me, to retrieve my already packed bags, "by new policy this morning". Also, the conference area is through the casino- so you have to show your ID to even attend the conference WHICH THERE IS NO ALTERNATIVE ENTRY OPTION. This is a horrible establishment, of which's operating procedures also make absolutely no sense. 0/10, would not recommend.
