Flowers arrived with nothing but a tie, not very presentable. My sister was being nice and tried to take a good photo of the flowers to not hurt my feelings but even in the photo you can see the roses are not fresh and are dying. Look at the stems of the flowers too! They're dry and probably won't last for 24-48 hours. Probably better off buying flowers from Trader Joe's Update: They called me back and offered a discount for my next purchase instead of offering to replace the drying flowers. After my experience, why would I buy from here again?? They also admitted that they didn't wrap it in the brown paper because they believe a plain white tie is more festive. I wish they would have contacted me and asked if it was okay for them to change my order. Even flowers at grocery stores come with a plastic wrapping to make it more presentable!
