I was very disappointed. I just ordered orchids for my cousin who lives in NY ( was diagnosed with Cancer). I'm in Texas due to Military and I can't personally be there to look at what I purchased. My cousin recieved her Orchids , the basket was broken and stained on the side and only a white tissue was placed with a yellow ribbon. It wasn't worth $80. No effort put into it. Sadly, I will never order from this place again. ​I would recommend, ask them to send you a photo of what you purchased before they deliver it. read more

Mark took care of our flowers when my father passed away. My mom and I felt welcomed as soon as we walked in. Mark was so kind and empathetic as he explained the various arrangements he could do. We had a different idea of what we felt would reflect my father's personality. He gave us so much of his time and attention and helped us pick out the perfect arrangement. During this difficult situation, he seemed more like a friend helping us rather than just making a sale. He even gave us his personal number to call if we had any questions or wanted to change something. I had the worst experience at this florist. I bought a premium bouquet for my friend that just had a baby. However what my friend received was nothing remotely like the image below. I called the owner and he stated that he doesn't deliver to Peekskill, so I asked why didn't he call me and tell me. He said he was busy and forgot. I was very unsatisfied with my order because the flowers were such a small amount for what I received and I feel ripped off. The owner offered me $30 but I feel like he just was taking advantage and I just want my money back. read more

I was very disappointed when I got to the wake at Clark's funeral and saw the flowers we had sent. The arrangement looked "tired". It was skimpy and the flowers (delphiniums) looked spent. Mark said they were out of the vase pictured on line so a taller one was substituted. I think that may have been the problem. There were several other Four Season bouquets there that were really gorgeous and filled in. So I think ours may have been a quirk. read more
